The cashier insisted that it is normal that the propane tanks they sell are virtually empty. Apparrently, this is known to the gas station '\\\"company that provides the propane tanks do not fill them\\\". The full weight of the the tank that I purchased was 8 lbs and there is supposed to be 17lbs of propane in the tank!!!!!??? $28 to exchange an empty propane tank for an empty propane tank.

Walked in here while filling my gas on a delivery shift, decided I wanted to have a snack, saw that they had some sandwiches on the shelf so I decided to buy one. Gentleman behind the counter was very nice & friendly. Went out to my car and took a bite and bit into a rock hard crust. Upon further inspection, half of the sandwich was completely rock hard and had obviously been there a long time. Going back in to the store I asked to exchange the sandwich for one that was not hard like a doorstop. The cashier pointed at my sandwich and said "but you already took a bite out of it" and I was like yeah and it was rock hard, feel it...would you eat this? He said no, but that's not the point. It's like dude, I'm not exchanging a shirt that didn't fit right, I bought food, and call me old fashioned, but I like food that's not hard enough to double as a hammer at work. I don't do carpentry anymore, I have no use for rock bread, so just give me a sandwich that was at least made this week. He got on the phone with his manager and said there's nothing he could do without a receipt it's like DUDE I WAS YOUR LAST CUSTOMER LESS THEN ONE MINUTE AGO, WHY WOULD I GET A RECIEPT FOR A DAMN SANDWICH?!? I asked him if his manger told him that and he said yes, I told him to tell his manger this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever recieved in my entire life. I took my rock sandwich and left. I've put the sandwich in my toolbox and I'm hoping to use it for a gig coming up where I need to drive some tent stakes about 9" into the earth. After realizing that I'm $7 poorer, I don't know what the joke is here, am I stupid for buying a sandwich at a gas station, or am I stupid for thinking that a gas station would uphold any kind of customer service...either way-next time I'm in the area and I have the munchies I'm definetly going to the arco accross the street and I suggest you do too...not only because their food has expiration dates on it, but their gas is cheaper as well. This place and it's management has a lot to learn about how to treat people.

Stopped here close to work, and they're the lowest price most of the time in this area; and ARCO is a great brand usually the lowest prices in whatever area they're found. Always good service here. Most ask for Debit cards @ $.35 per operation and costs a bit more if you want to use credit. I'll be back!
