Never had such a bad experience with an employee. I literally go here everyday and every night before midnight for fresh baked cookies and this is the first time I had such horrible service from the cashier named Reyna. She is Literally the definition of having no customer service at all. If you want to leave the store angry and irritated then believe that's what she does know. Never had an issue at all with any other employee. It's sad that she is deteriorating the image of arco.

Customer service is really good. However, their pumps are so slow, you will be late to work if you stop here. It literally took over 10 minutes to pump one tank of gas. Was so annoying.

Asked for cash back and got crackhead money ? place be taking Crack bum money .. useless money all rip and taped up .. never again will go in the store and this is very close to me.. I'll take business elsewhere??

My debit card was hacked here recently...management should really train their employees to periodically check their credit/debit card machines on their pumps. If they already are, then do it better...or make sure the employees are actually doing it. It's an ongoing problem all over, so it makes no sense to not address this issue.
