This location in Casa de Oro is the only one that will not help put in a brake light. I believe this is because I am a woman and the person who took my order Feb 21 2024 at approximately 3pm was an older man with a full head of white hair - most men from this generation think women don’t know much about cars and they just don’t want to help. If you happen to be a woman, don’t go to this store for help so you won’t be discriminated against. Go to any other location and you will be treated fairly.

Bought a gas tank cap and was given the wrong one. I had to return for an exchange. The clerk said that the former clerk picked out the wrong item #.

Very rude and unprofessional asked a few simple questions and the employee acted as if i was bothering him lost a sale as he was speaking i will not be stopping by this place ever again.

Just had a wonderful experience in the store with Andrea.Very knowledgeable young lady who helped me out immensely. She is a real asset to the store and I will be returning in the future for my car needs.Thanks Andrea! Glad I stopped in:)

Purchased heavy duty front rotors from Auto Zone online, warped within the first two months. Was halfway across country and changed them with rotors from a different auto parts store. No Auto Zone around.This morning, took the bad rotors to this Auto Zone location. Lady working the counter was super pleasant, explained that being a warranty return means I'd get new rotors. Explained I already changed them because it was a safety issue. She issued me a refund instead.Great store, super helpful, and easy to work with! Might not have been right to issue a refund, but they made things right with me! Thank you!Loyal Customer....

I have no clue about fuses but shout out to Lily for helping us. She was very helpful than the night Manager who was a lazy female and male staff member. Not once did they bother to help us but Lily did. I would rate Lily a 5 star but I’m going to rate this location a no star if I could because management needs better skills but especially customer service. That young lady was GREAT. I will not go back to this location unless she is there . I rather go to Lemon Grove.

The Manager Jose (Short Hispanic man) was very rude & could not even take time out to explain why I could not make a return (Socket Set) with my receipt! I had several returns all with receipts minus one that had no receipt & asked for a store credit. Which he told the employee to tell me he didn't give store credit.Then finding out From an employee probably the only one not feeding i to this man’s behavior which also disgusted me. That the manager was in the back where they grab parts, running his mouth about me. Speaking of what he thought of my character & as a female bcz i had been repairing my own vehicle & I was some what Oily & dirty. He said that I look like a lowlife (whatever that is) & a thief?! And he even asked another employee to watch me carefully that i didnt steal anything. Yet, i had to call another store just to ask a question about the oil as they all stood standing around doing nothing. I am livid!! Ive never been treated in such a manner!I asked for the district managers number. He did not want to give it to me.The number on site was incorrect. Which cant be a good sign. I never had any issues with this store. However one bad apple could ruin the pack.I felt very disrespected!! I wanted to make him aware of my profession just so he could feel Stupid(and I hate the word Stupid) but It shouldnt mattered how i dress or the color of my hair! He should treat people respectfully ALL PEOPLE!.I demand an apology, I did not work this hard in life to be dumped on by some ignorant man! I dont believe anyone should!!I will definitely find a way to reach management & I will definitely continue to file this sane complaint multiple times.If you had been there you would know this was not acceptable behavior. Its just not!

I had the most wonderful experience at this store with their employee, Ashley. She went above and beyond her job by helping me and my mother out last week. It is very hard to get the due rest and attention for women in the automotive business, but Ashley provided us with her stellar mechanical skills, as well as true respect, kindness, and assistance. She had the number one thing that seems to be missing these days in the customer service industry… she has excellent customer and people skills! I would highly recommend that if you need mechanical services, please go see Ashley at this store. I foresee great things in her future because she earns and deserves it!!! AutoZone has a free code reader service that helped me determine what the problem was with my car and get the correct part in a timely fashion. The staff are very professional and polite in providing the services needed to get your car fixed.

My experience was wonderful thanks to Sam at this AutoZone location. She was completely thorough with checking my car to make sure which battery I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper care. Seriously - give this girl a huge raise or promotion! I want to come back just for her.

I went to this location to buy a small part for my car. I asked one the guys at the register about the part and where I can find it, he said look in aisle 6. I went to the aisle, but couldn't find the part I needed. I went back to him and asked if he could help me find it, he said just go look in aisle 6. Not very good customer service and that is why I'm giving it ** only.
