“Heard about this place from a few friends. Wanted to set up my trailer with a two 6 volt system. Trailer only came with a size 24 12v. Jake was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable! Got two US made batteries and the wire for series wiring setup. Before and after pics. Highly recommend!”

“Stopped by this morning on my way to work. Needed new windshield wipers. Great customer service from Gabriel. Not only did he help me put the new wiper on, there was a young woman parked next to me trying to and oil to her car but couldn’t get the oil cap off. I tried but couldn’t get it off. Gabriel cam out and helped her. Did all of this with a smile. Thank you Gabriel. As we have all witnessed, good customer service is not always offered. “Stopped by for a new motorcycle battery and brought my old core. Lad at the counter greeted us, checked the battery size and cranking amps, then grabbed the proper fitting new unit. Got home and installed it with no issues & the bike runs like new.
Also impressed by the sheer volume of different batteries & applications.”

“The battery light was coming on in my 2016 Subaru Outback occasionally. Eventually my stereo and the driver assist system started cutting out. The dealer charged me $150 to tell me they couldn't reproduce it and didn't know what was wrong. Louie replaced just the voltage regulator portion of my alternator and it's been working perfectly ever since. If you need anything done related to your alternator, he is the man to see.”

“Shoutout to Ahmed who helped me diagnose and then install a new battery in my car. I let my car die after not driving it for a month, resulting in low voltage. This caused all the warning lights to turn on after jump starting the vehicle. Ahmed was a pleasure to chat with and changed the battery quite fast. Once I drove off,all the warning lights went away. Thanks again Ahmed and O' Reilly!!”

“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”

I got there within the hour to find a quick service, they checked my old battery before selling me a new one, just in case it was empty but still good, as I though, the battery was found dead. The cashier even helped me with carrying the car battery to my car! Thank you”

“I stopped in to pick up some fuel additive to clean my fuel injectors. They had a sale for 2 bottle of "Luca" cleaner, so I decided on that. It took a while to get the employees' attention because one was on the phone forever, and the other was in the back looking for items on the inventory shelves. Eventually, I spoke and made a comment, and the gent in the back came out to help me while the other guy stayed on the phone.
On a good note, I did buy Lucas Fuel cleaner bottles for $9.”
