“We were recommended to this business, since we moved nearby from Oceanside. We had been going to H&R for the past several years, and while I figured it was secure and accurate, and we did get good service, it cost a lot. Of course, we did not know the cost to do business with Katrina C., the owner, but a very good friend recommended her, and added in that it would be a great thing to support a local business, and not so much a national chain that charges hefty prices. So the thing that drew us to All American Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax, Inc., was the friend recommendation, and the fact it is a local business. Our experience was great! We were welcomed in, made comfortable, and actually were seen within 30 min of our appointment. That is actually really good compared to H&R, and Katrina apologized, and was very forthcoming. This was a new experience for me because Katrina seemed to be the only one who worked as the tax expert. Being used to H&R and the stable of workers, it took me by surprise, but to me, it only meant a more personal touch and attention. I took comfort with the fact that we have a lot of acquaintences, so I knew Katrina was not some fly-by-night person who no one really knows about. She was very friendly and did our taxes quickly and efficiently. Plus we did not feel like we were squeezed dry in preparation charges.
