I was told my vehicle will be ready in 2 weeks approximately, but actually was ready in 3 days. Charlie , the manager was great!
He walked me through the whole process with my insurance claim, took care of absolutely everything - my rental, , the estimate of the repairs, kept in touch constantly, and delivered the ready vehicle in 3 days, washed and cleaned and ready to go.
I’m extremely happy with his performance.

My SUV headlight was replaced with the incorrect style / different trim design. Nobody realized it until I saw months later it looked different. After that I came in and Alfonso immediately ordered the correct part direct from the dealership and it was delivered next day. So I brought the SUV in to get the part swapped and was on my way at no extra charge and no hassle. The way you handle a problem speaks volumes. Thankful that they stand by their work even many months later.

Work done on vehicle covered by insurance. Timely manner, friendly people. A young man named Charles or Charlie sticks out, Even gave me a ride home after drop off. Awesome people! Definitely recommend if you're in the spring valley area, they were about a mile and a half from home.

The worst !!! Had to take my vehicle back 3 times and leave it there for a couple days each time this year after they said hit was repaired for the same problem a misaligned bumper cover then they tell me it’s related to previous repair which used non OEM parts which I told them they had installed the year before due to another collision claim. The customer service tech tells me they are going to try to reopen my 2024 claim to cover the parts for repairing misalignment of the bumper I tell him the bumper was perfectly aligned after the repair in 2024 it should have nothing to do with my recent claim. When it was all said and done it had nothing to do with the previous repair accident claim it was the left headlight bracket the bumper cover fasteners on to . Finally after ordering a new left headlight the repair was completed. One last thing their paint matching is for metallics is mediocre at best I told the customer service tech that there are 5 or 6 color codes for my color . He said it was due to the cover being plastic that is why the paint doesn’t match exactly. Totally BS.
I relayed my dissatisfaction with Caliber to my insurance carrier Geico.

Absolutely amazing job! Linda was my main point of contact and she kept me updated at every stage of the repair process. They also got the job done quicker than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Staff at pick up were very courteous, kind, and a joy to interact with. I hope to never require repair services for my car again, but if I do, I would definitely utilize them again. Thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it bearable for me.
