Made an order with them three months ago and they said it'll be ready max 8 weeks. Time passed and they never followed up with me, I had to call to check on my order. Whenever I called it's always the same response, the guy who takes the order number isn't here so I can't help you. Cap finally arrives and it's the wrong size and the owner tries to blame me for them not taking the right measurements.

Fair prices and good customer service. They will fix you up with a topper, running boards and other things for a cheap labor price. If you have an issue with your product, they will fix it up for you for free.

I just returned from Custom Road and got a cab high shell. it's in great shape and I got a fair price. Installation was very thorough and the guys are real nice. I would recommend them. They have a huge inventory of used shells.

Very professional and pleasant to work with. Picked out my camper shell online, left a deposit, then went to get it installed. It only took 2 hours and the installation was done properly. Great guys to work with!

I was able to find a used bed shell for my 2008 Nissan Titan in decent shape. I called and spoke with Alfonso who showed me three options via their Craigslist app. I made a 9:00am appointment the next day. When I arrived they had it cleaned and ready for me. It took them :45 minutes to install. When we noticed one of the locks malfunctioning, their installer took 5 minutes to replace it, and I left with 2 new locks with 2 new keys and a nice new (to me) shell. All I can say is Jesus, Adam and Alfonso are top notch dudes with great customer service skills. I highly recommend going there for your new camper shells.

I am really disappointing with the customer service of the shop. For the past three weeks I have been calling, emailing and trying to get a hold of them to order a part for my truck that's under warranty. it's been impossible to get a hold of them.
