My migraine medication has been out of stock for over a month and they have an AI robot answering the phone so you cannot get through to a human whatsoever.
This is a terrible practice and I'll for sure be getting a new pharmacy. Insane.

This CVS is the best, the product I went for was empty on the shelf and I found someone working in the aisle and asked if they could see if they have anymore in the back, no attitude all positive and handed me the product telling me have a good day, went to the register and same vibe, keep in mind I live closer to a CVS and go out of my way to choose this one since I’m treated so much better here. The manager even sent me an email which I was surprised wasn’t even expecting it so this goes from the workers all the way to the management.

Making it impossible to call your pharmacist when you are sick is ridiculous. The AI won't let you bypass it and won't even talk to you without giving all your personal information for account verification... This anti-human cost cutting is bull... I get that this is going to be a corporate problem but this is my location and I should be able to talk to a human so I don't have to come in and spread COVID to ask simple questions.

Pick up prescriptions, always quick and very pleasant pharmacy workers. When I have a question or a concern, about a prescription. They always take that moment to explain it to me, which I appreciate very much.

The rudest pharmacy I have ever experienced. A younger guy was already helping me and then Sam Gabbara told him that he would help me next and to go do something else. The first guy was already helping me, I don’t know why I was made to wait as Sam Gabbara finished with another patient to be helped. Sam Gabbara was rude and belittling and judgemental as I attempted to pick up weight loss medication with a savings card. He didn’t know how to enter it and made it seem like I was being crazy. I denied the medicine and just paid for another prescription to leave. I didn’t want to sit there and go back and forth with this man who clearly was smirking at me. When I was paying for my other medication, he proceeded to discuss the situation with a colleague and all I heard was my name. I asked them to at least wait until I left to discuss the situation. He went back and forth with me and didn’t care that I felt humiliated because instead of proceeding to help other customers he decided to discuss the situation right then and there, Where everyone could hear. I was on the verge of tears so I had said “please just stop and wait for me to leave”, he did not. He just laughed and said “I don’t have to stop you have to stop.”
Don’t come here unless you want to feel less than.

My workman’s comp meds have been getting sent to CVS for a couple years now and all of a sudden last few times they always have an issue with billing and my profile and the supervisor or head pharmacist just said he can’t help me. Good luck here with workman’s comp meds go to another cvs or different location.

Everyone is always so helpful. It's always so clean. If I ever have any questions, I don't feel like I'm inconveniencing them. They actually seem like they want to help me. It's rare that I go, and can't find what I'm looking for.

Terrible service and no care about people’s well being for prescriptions. We showed up 1 minute before close for an emergency prescriptions and they denied up. Go to CVS Avocado! Great and will take care of you.

Very very rude pharmacist. Her name is Alda and she made this probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy. I highly doubt not recommend this pharmacy. I will be making a corporate more direct complaint against this location as well.

THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED FOR LUNCH! Are you kidding! Everyone needs a lunch break. But most businesses stagger the lunches so someone is always there to help customers. On top of that, the people are just rude in that pharmacy. This is the last straw. I am going somewhere else for my pharmacy needs.
