Clean place, fairly large and multiple registers. This place is no different than a regular fedex/ups store for dropping off prepaid packages, most places do not scan in your drop off packages but this place did and gave me a receipt which is great since I don't have to worry about when my package will be scanned in once the courier actually comes for pickup and I have proof I did drop them off.

The PostalAnnex located at 2615 Sweetwater Springs Blvd is an A class business with first class service. The staff here is very knowledgeable and COURTEOUS and the business operates quickly and efficiently. My experience today was exceptional compared to other business in the local area. The gentlemen helped me with my shipment and addressed an issue that i was worried i couldnt resolve without going back home, he fixed my shipping issue and got my package ready with relative ease. If you are shipping/sending something and are looking for a place where they care about you and your business then THIS PostalAnnex is the SPOT… thank you

Fast, great, cozy post office. Friendly, sociable staff. This post office accepts all parcels from different companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS). I was able to send a FedEx package in just 2 minutes without any problems, now this department is my favorite! I recommend it if you can't get to the official post office!
