I was very satisfied and pleased by the service I receive TYLER WAS EXCELLENT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL and is Very wise at Mercedes Benz and other He does what ever he can in his power and is very uplifting and has a positive outgoing attitude They came out to help me multiple time and was very professional and Never complained or anything was alway understanding and would highly recommend anyone one to call and ask for him HE THAT GUY‼️

My experience with H&S Auto was beyond exceptional. I had my spark plugs, ignition coils and intake manifold seals all replaced. I turned my vehicle around 3pm and by morning it was already for pick up. It was my first time ever bringing my car to a mechanic shop and I couldn’t be any more please with the professionalism and honest service I had. Service alert came up on the ML350's dash, brought it in to H&S because of the Yelp reviews. They could not have been more professional. Steve & Tyler did everything on the service checklist down to taking out the spare tire and adjusting the pressure in it. They did not try to oversell me on things like other shops, all of this for a great price. I would strongly recommend.

Well, just WOW! As a woman without a way to verify findings on my vehicle plus some bad past experiences, I am leary of repair shops. I was having some extra road noise with my Benz and a friend referred me to Steve and Tyler. Steve offered to do a road test. He actively listened to my concerns and made it a point to understand what I was hearing/experiencing. He was kind and I didn't once feel spoken down to, belittled, or rushed. In the end, my car needs some parts that were not essential or immediate and are not currently available due to supply chain issues it's fine to drive until the next oil change. No repairs today. Not only did Steve take time for this car, but he also offered to help us with another used vehicle we just purchased to get through the smog process. I will be bringing my MB back to Steve and Tyler for the duration of my ownership of the car due to their respect and honesty.

I wish I came here first! I was quoted elsewhere almost 1K for headlight replacement and HAD to get a second opinion. I talked to Steve on the phone about my experience elsewhere and suggested I bring my car in. Within 20 mins they had my headlight working! He fixed it in good faith - and I will be replacing both headlights here soon!!Services: Electrical
