If there is anything I did wrong was trusting this place. Chad is shady, my friend recommended this place to me after the dealership told me my starter was out with only 32k miles on it. My car was completely dead by now so I had to get it towed into this place so he can look at it. Before I even took my car there he knew the starter was the issue it could be. He said it would be 100$ for a diagnosis I got there with the tow truck again ALREADY KNOWING the dealer said it was the starter. Told me he will call me later on or the next day. Calls me the next day to tell me it’s going he $600.00 JUST TO TEST THE STARTER. but no mention of that before I took my car there or even when I got there with my car. Then tells me he can do it for 425. I told him no I will pick my car up that’s crazy. My roadside assistance only has one tow per claim so now I had to pay to tow my car out of there $350.00. By the time I got off work the tow truck would not have made there so I asked what time he opened on Saturday he says 8 I never tell him I was going at 8 I just ask what time he opens. My dog woke up throwing up blood so I was in the emergency all morning. Around 12:30 text him and told him we were in our way he says “I had an emergency and closed at 12 you said you would come in the morning” my thing is he kept blowing me up to pick my car up because he needed space (let’s not mention there was about 2/3 car in parking lot red flag he’s not busy) so why wouldn’t he just call me saying are you coming because I’m closing KNOWING I was going. Then on Monday before I picked up my car he said I needed to still give him the 100.00 for what idk because he didn’t give me a diagnosis on the car because he told me it would be $600.00. He’s a joke please avoid.

I took my 2001 Ford Excursion to Chad, the owner of the shop, for a power steering issue. He personally diagnosed the problem and replaced the power steering pump and hoses. What really impressed me was the level of professionalism and transparency — Chad took the time to explain everything clearly and even provided a risk assessment of upcoming maintenance items I should be aware of.
He was fair with his pricing and didn’t try to upsell or push for unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find a shop where the owner is hands-on, honest, and truly focused on long-term customer trust rather than short-term profit. If you want quality work and peace of mind, I highly recommend Chad and his shop.

I did my research before taking my truck in .i was sure it was the oil pump which was the code it had ..he asks me are you sure?i tell him your the mechanic please let me know..he talks me out of it ..i Pay for a diagnostic 150$ he says .. I’ll trouble shoot it for you and let you know tomorrow what’s wrong ..next day he tells me it’s gotta be the sensor and we will do oil change +flush the motor…and he tells me total is 900$.the oil pressure is all good now!! . I pay him the money and engine light comes on first drive out the shop oil pressure wasn’t any different ..back at square one gotta do the oil pump — 900.000 no receipts or anything just heads up there’s better shops out there.

Brought my Honda here for brakes. Chadi was attentive and knowledgeable and quoted a fair price. Gave me a discount actually. He got it all done in one day and even prioritized my car because we were going out of town later in the day. Great service!

Shadi was awesome. He was very helpful. He picked me up and brought me back the car and was very thorough and made sure the car was in better condition that when I left it with him. He gave me a jumpstart and replaced my battery, did my oil change and reprogrammed my roof top and trunk on the car. Would definitely recommend him

This was the best auto repair service I have ever received. I called Chadi asking for help with my sister's car, and he took it upon himself to make sure she was taken care of. She was out of town, and I read a lot of positive feedback about this shop, so I decided to call him, and I'm glad I did. Within minutes he was in touch with my sister, got her dead car started, and started to diagnose the issues. He gave us different price options on the battery, and fixed a couple of other issues the car sorely needed, for a great price, and record speed. Even though we called him last minute, he made the time so that she can have her car back ASAP, and now it's up and running better than before. Thank you Chadi for being amazing, professional, helpful, friendly, and caring. You're my new favorite shop in San Diego.
