A huge thank you to this amazing facility! The storage process was smooth, affordable, and stress-free. The property is safe, clean, and the customer service is outstanding.
Angel finalized my transaction perfectly—he’s always professional, accurate, and makes every customer feel valued. Aaron is also wonderful—efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Even the new manager, Alexandra, has already been incredibly helpful and responsive.
This team truly goes above and beyond, which is why this location will always be my top choice for storage needs!
Update 4/8/2025 A special shout out and kudos to Melany who really is the icing on the cake. I had to do another transaction for business purposes and Melany, a newer edition to this staff, not only went above and beyond to help me - she exceeded my expectations with her efficiency, professionalism, empathy and anticipating all my needs. Mel has outstanding work ethic and extremely considerate and ALWAYS working and humble! Always positive regardless if assisting w/site maintenance and cleaning to completing detailed paperwork for transfers and storage purchases etc., Her phenomenal demonstration of excellent customer service and showing how this entity respects and values customers. I had to take the time out to update my review and recognize her especially because with her and Marie etc., are always able to problem solve and make this a great storage facility to do business with - thanks again!
Marie and Eliana are the most amazing people ever! Marie is the new manager and Eliana is also newer to this site and what fantastic selections! These ladies/staff are PHENOMENAL and have implemented some changes that really show how much they care about the customers in every possible way! Additionally, they do a fantastic job monitoring the property while still giving tenants their space. The prices are wonderful, the facility is extremely organized and they go above and beyond to ensure the site is clean and safe with any resources available for customers in need. I really cannot compliment this site enough especially now w/these two on board. A+++++++ They set the bar the highest when it comes to excellence in business. I hope their leadership team acknowledges and recognizes these superstars!
