I am reviewing a 1 star because I went to this place March 30 at 9:23 and the guy in the cashier tried to charge me more then what my receipt said , another problem was he had told one of the employees to make the crazy breads and instead of doing it she proceeded to take her phone out and was on instagram watching reels and saying things. As soon as I told her weren’t u gonna make the bread (respectfully) she just stared at me and the cashier guy instead of fixing the problem he just gave me a dirty look . This was a very bad customer service I hope some action is taken because this was unacceptable.

They have on the menu a $7.49 extra most bestest pizza. But they say they don't make it. ?. I ask to speak to the manager and I was speaking English with no problem, although she kept speaking to me in Spanish. I asked why is she speaking to me in Spanish if I didn't ask for a translator. She got upset and said I always start trouble when all I asked why they don't make it when it's on the menu. I asked for the company # they got mad and said , they can't or they get fired. The manager all of a sudden said she was in training. I couldn't get my kids their pizza they wanted.

I tried ordering a calzone with just pepperoni and they told me they can not pick out the ingredients so is this product premade I asked and the manger said no there made fresh to order I’m good I cancelled my order if I’m paying then I want my food my way or they hiding a special ingredient that is not so good for

The pizza was fine, when I ordered I was told there was a thirty minute wait. The person taking the order was obviously new and seemed like he needed some support from his team members. Whoever was training him was rude to him and seemed unhappy to be there. They ended up leaving the new person by themselves. There was a line of people waiting to pick up and a few upset. After waiting 50 minutes I got my pizzas thanks to another young man behind the counter who saw the new person struggling and stepped in to help. That was great to see! Little Cesar's, I hope you provide your employees with better training and tools for a better working environment. To the young man who stepped in, I hope you get recognized for your kindness and initiative. Thank you.

I usually love this place unfortunately the cashier named Nancy made it horrible and she was rude for no reason I had a pick up order and she forgot my sauces I said hey my sauces are missing and then she rolled her eyes and was mad that I asked about the cheese sauce for the pretzel pizza which I've never had before not knowing it's inside the pizza she looked at me like I was stupid for even asking she rudely then waved me off like ok go now and gave me cold sauces she seemed bothered I even asked for the items I bought as if I would lie about sauce

Its little Caesars so you know what ypure getting ni matter which place you visit. Good pizza for a good price.

They literally forgot about my order the pizza wasn't cut all the way threw I waited 40 minutes for two pizzas. They prioritize their online orders over the people who walk in to order.

Do not recommend to stop by at this little caesars, waiting was 30 minutes or more, service was horrible, not even a “Welcome”or a “Thanks for waiting”, the lady had a rude face, would had rather gotten McDonald’s from front, never again stopping here.

The food was bad all 3 pizzas were burned i called to get the Meat lovers replaced and that pizza was burned. All of the employees were young and just having fun i have no problem with being young but they have no responsibility to their customers needs. I will never go back there again I will drive further to another pizza Restaurant.

So disappointed in the Extra Most Bestest pepperoni pizza.The last 3 times there has been skimpy pepperoni on the pizza.2 slices of meat per slice.How is this extra most bested?

So pizza took them more than 20 mins to make n the the people doing the pizza were not even wearing gloves n were contaminating everything n they were drinking their soda , giving other costumers food n receipt n going back n touching the food with same hands n doing the pizza . It was disgusting .
