“Been coming to this store location for years. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Even as busy as they are, they are always making sure the customer is taken care of and understand their needs.”
“This is 10/10 packaging, and obviously the work of someone who knows what's inside this chassis.
Absolutely amazing UPS reps. Would absolutely trust them to ship my stuff again. No damage found anywhere and everything arrived 100% safely.”
“I love Jesse and Michelle; they’re always on top of my mail and packages. They are very outgoing and friendly. I recommend and truly trust them with my personal items.”
“Huge shoutout to the hard working and may I say fast working staff: Richard Baer (Store Manager), along with Charlie and Braxton! Everytime I come in, any of the staff are friendly, courteous fast working and most of all extremely competent and professional! I appreciate all that work there including any not listed. This store rocks and is the best of the best! Again, all my thanks for serving me and others that come through your doors for service. You get 5 stars across the board!”
“Yvonne is the best!!! She has helped me several times in the past with international shipping and notary services, and today with getting a PO Box. Every time I have been there she has always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Even when she is working on her own and juggling multiple customers at once, she manages to give everyone her attention at the same time and gets things taken care of quickly.
I look forward to seeing her on a regular basis now that I have my PO Box set up! :) 5 STARS!!!”
“The friendliest owners. Support small businesses and come here! Super eager to help. Super quick to get documents printed and notarized last minute and hassle free. Thank you!!!”
“Went here after Bank of America did not have a notary available on that day. So fortunately Postal Annex was open and worked out a great deal on multiple tasks, including notary services. Service was next level. Recommend to check them out.”
“We’ve been going here for years and can’t say enough nice things about these folks. They’re always so helpful and accommodating, finding the most efficient/affordable way to ship. I also really appreciated their Ice Out signs and participation in the general strike last month!”
“Second time I’ve come here to print, love how kind everyone is here. William helped me first, Regina and AJ helped me second. While I waited, they made sure to check up on me as they continued to work. Everyone here is so nice I’ll definitely come back !!”
“We are a property management company that has relied on Farrell's Fireside for our chimney servicing needs for many years. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have consistently impressed us. Their pricing is fair and competitive, and we value the reliability they bring to every job. We are grateful for the partnership and proud to have them as part of our vendor team.”

“There was this very nice young lady working at this store. I didn’t get her name, because I was so tired from my walk there , yesterday. But this young lady, even though she was very busy she went out of her way to help me out with my printing. I was able to get my things done and she even offered me some water and told me to have a seat. So I could cool off. I really appreciated her kindness and am so sorry that I didn’t get her name! Thank you for having such lovely people working in your store! I really enjoyed and appreciated her kindness! Very nice store to get my errands done here. The prices are so good!”

“Yesterday was my first time at this store and my almost 2 month old decided to have a full poop diaper blowout while inside, and I didn’t realize until I picked him up from the car seat while already inside the store.
The owner Ali, helped immediately, was such a kind person and even helped me get my diaper bag from my car while my hands, arms watch, shirt everything had baby poop on them. He even let me change my son on his working station (don’t worry I used my changing pad to change him & also took my sons soiled diaper).
Ali, was so patient and very helpful with printing my son’s pictures for his passport.
I will make this postal annex our go to moving forward. Thank you Ali. We need more people like you in this world.”
