Well, picture this: my man and I show up to UPS with a full-blown door in hand (yes, for real ?), fully expecting confusion, frustration, maybe even a “good luck with that.” But instead, we were met with the absolute angel on earth that is CARLY.

“This place is WAY better than any FedEx or USPS. I waited half an hour at USPS to ship a Christmas gift to my girlfriend who’s deployed overseas. I couldn’t figure out the customs forms, I was there over an hour, and my package got denied because I included a very small battery in it. I went to Mail Station, and they helped me with everything. Filled out the forms together, answered any questions, and most importantly they were able to actually ship my package. The guys were really friendly and they were playing the Arctic Monkeys. Super cool dog wondering around too. I’m telling my friends to use this place whenever they need help shipping anything.”

“Visited the other day to mail a small, simple package. There was a line/rush of people since it was Christmastime. The employee working, Carl, was very friendly and helpful and tried to help everyone as quickly as possible. I appreciate his efficiency and positive attitude. It was nice to interact with a kind person who took pride in his job and wanted to help customers, especially during Christmastime. He presented me and others with several options with different timelines, prices, and tracking options. This was definitely an easier and less stressful experience than the main post office. “I have used this location multiple times, and every staff member I've encountered has been extremely pleasant and helpful! No matter how busy they are, they move the line efficiently while providing great service to the customer. To speak to their service and professionalism, I came into the store near their closing time on a Saturday with something urgent to mail, and mistakenly wrote the wrong address on the envelope. It was near or at 5pm when I realized this, and yet they were still patient and kind with me, and I never once felt like a burden to their staff (even though I was). Couldn't recommend this location more for any shipping needs you might have in the La Jolla/UTC area.”
