They were up front about what they could and could not do on such short notice, gave me fair pricing, and got it done. Everything turned out great. “This place is WAY better than any FedEx or USPS. I waited half an hour at USPS to ship a Christmas gift to my girlfriend who’s deployed overseas. I couldn’t figure out the customs forms, I was there over an hour, and my package got denied because I included a very small battery in it. I went to Mail Station, and they helped me with everything. Filled out the forms together, answered any questions, and most importantly they were able to actually ship my package. The guys were really friendly and they were playing the Arctic Monkeys. Super cool dog wondering around too. I’m telling my friends to use this place whenever they need help shipping anything.”

“By my own mistake I didn’t have them fill out all the information I needed on my livescan because my printer didn’t work correctly. When I realized my mistake and returned I was there about 5 minutes after close so I was going to have to return Monday when they reopened. But they recognized me outside and not only printed a correct copy of my form but also filled out everything I needed after hours and were just super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 absolutely awesome thank you so much.”

“I love this UPS so much. I usually hate dealing with shipping anything but these guys are SO efficient and SO friendly. I appreciate how quick they are and that they assist other customers in line if the person at the front is taking a long time. I am always so pleasantly surprised at my experience every time I go. A few weeks ago, they even saw that I had a package in my hand that I was taking to USPS next - and they said no worries, leave it here and we'll take it to USPS for you!!!
