💥💥Really💥💥 ❌ZERO❌ STARS! I have been giving my business to this particular Metro store for YEARS with NOT one problem.. NOT EVER... And then, out of the BLUE, comes a wicked and awful female, new to Sammy & myself😵💫👿👺... Oh SO rotten & mean to me especially! All I wanted was to get a new device... BUT NO way! This female was atrocious! IF I had been a male... Instead of a female... I would have a phone with a plan I could have lived with😵💫 but NO! I gave the phone back to her 👀... AND she did NOT return anything BUT a mear few $$ in cash AND then took every bit of my info OUT of HER records with Metro to make it look like I NEVER existed 👺👀! SHE LIED to Metro (HER EMPLOYER) and actually pocketed MY $180. WOW right!? I CANNOT show any proof of this as she ERASED HER RECORDS! I'm appalled by her actions, at the very least! WOW... So with her erasing her records (as IF her stealing and erasing HER side of the $180. transaction would just GO away!? NO way‼️Soooo I have my bank statement showing this $180 being paid to Metro PCS! With NOT ONE bit of my monies showing she returned my $180! Only because she Did NOT pay that back 👀😵💫 I will prevail! This has gone on almost a year now... Patience is a VIRTUE

This place is terrible. They will tell you one thing and do another thing. For instance I inquired about adding a line to my account. They said the phone was free. Not. I asked to pay current phone line they said it would added to phone bill with added line. 20.00 non deposite fee with activation fee and taxes. They added a phone insurance fee without telling me. Plus a monthly phone plan of 60.00 Dollars monthly for one line. Plus another phone line of 30.00.They charged me 160.00 Plus 47.00 due 2 days later. I will never come to this store again. They try anything to get a sale. Bad customer service.

Metro policies have shown that customer satisfaction is the last of their concern. If you are upgrading your phone and disatisfied with it, they will not refund you. They won't even give you an exchange. On top of that, if you buy a defective phone, they will not fix the problem, even if it is their fault. Talk about money wasted! I won't even discuss the time it took to get my problem cleared, which in the end was no use because they refused to work with me. Metro is a disgrace, if you have them as your provider I would suggest that you finish your last payment and LEAVE!

Beware!!! I would give no stars if I could! Me and my wife have had metro for a couple years and we never needed to upgrade, but as soon as my wife broke her phone we went in for an upgrade. Worst thing we could've ever done. First thing the sales associate lied to my wife and told her about one kind of phone but sold her a cheaper phone. Then after calling customer service apparently they are not connected and have no control over individual stores. After going in and talking to the manager and other associates they would not admit that they sold us the wrong phone. To make a long story short we will be switching providers. Metro's customer service is horrible,very disrespectful, the workers were speaking in a different language to try to hide their mistakes. Again, beware of this sneaky company!

Because it took awhile to make lady understand what problem was w/my Payments but when she did she fought hard & long w/people on phone & told me to come back this month & next & she'd do it again!!! It was the morning crew, she was of oriental decent, forgot name but she was WONDERFUL!!!

This review is for the Metro by T-mobile on 8626 Jamacha Blvd. Yelp doesn't have this one on the maps yet. I went in there today looking to get a phone for my teen daughter, knowing she doesn't need Amazon prime, i wanted the $50 plan due to unlimited talk and text. After rep asked if it was my first time there and answering yes, he said i could not select the $50 plan, that it needed to be the $60, just cus of rules. I told him i had a bad experience before at sprint and i didn't want the same thing to happen, he said not to worry, that i just needed to come in next month and THEN change my plan to the $50 plan. I looked at his name tag, it was blank. So i did not catch a name, but my receipt says "EMP ID: ZEKE..." I was a little iffy about the whole situation, but my teenage daughter needs the cell phone ASAP due to traveling in a couple days. If it wasn't because of this, i would have left to another store. We begin the process and he's activating the account quickly, asked me for a 8 digit pin to have on the account. I asked about auto pay, he said system was not working. A person walked in to make a payment, he handled that quickly. Then another person came in and was waiting for him to be done. We were done shortly after. I got home and tried entering my information online and apparently it was incorrect. I had to call customer service, Haydee assisted me and she was amazing! She explained my PIN was all scattered, that i almost got it right, i told her that's not what i provided to the rep, this is when i started to get irritated, she asked me a security question, and i told her i haven't created any, well the store rep created one for me, and i asked about the whole plan needing to be the $60 due to me being a first time customer, she said no. She kindly switched me to the plan i wanted and she set me up with auto pay, she stayed on the phone with me until i was able to see everything online. I took the survey to rate her after the call and she got her 5's. This rating is for EMP ID: ZEKE. I work in a sales environment myself, and i understand there's a goal at the end of each day but this kind of service where you're being told you need to purchase a plan you don't need just because i am a new client and those are the so called "rules" is not okay. If this post was to be shared with ZEKE then man, i hope you switch your sales technique, and know that all this ends up biting you in the behind.
