All of them there were so friendly and patient, also very knowledgeable about brands, what all the button and levers do and what all the different features are made for. All of the product there was super clean and extremely affordable! I found a chair I really liked that was sold, but they were very accommodating and offered to get another one for me that they had at their warehouse. I'm so incredibly thankful to them for helping me out the way they did, their dedication to helping me get the perfect chair is honestly unmatched anywhere else. 10/10!! I’ve come in to print things around five times, and this guy makes magic happen every time, especially when I’m on a time crunch (no fault of his own btw. He could be like “get in line like the rest of the people”, but he DOESNT cuz he’s SO AMAZING AT HIS JOB!!!!) I came in once when he wasn’t here and the person working wasn’t nearly as helpful. “I had an emergency and needed help. Shannon, office manager at the National City, CA store, (3430 Highland Ave National City, CA 91950
United States) helped me when the other store, Ross next to Office Depot, wouldn’t. Ross Store decided not to show understanding and kindness towards me. I had spent thousands in that store, Ross for years and have been a long time customer. They would not understand that I just needed quick help to get my phone working again because it died and I had my cord to get it working again. I just needed to get it turned on so I can use the Lyft App to get myself home. I understand there are rules however each situation needs to be analyze and sometimes there should be an exception to the rule. I have a lot of medical issues including that I’m diabetic which Shannon was not aware of. She offered kindness while others did not at the Ross Store. I asked to talk to the manager and supervisor of Ross and they just said no, we can’t help you. Shannon on the other hand was accommodating and helped me to get my phone to work and Val the person at the cashier talked with me until Lyft arrived to take me home. Shannon offered me water because I was so stressed about what all transpired that day. It was a long day and I told Shannon what had happened to me and I’m glad she was kind to help me. Please recognize Shannon as well as Val for helping me when I needed the kindness and understanding that I was looking for. Please tell them both Thank you and appreciated them both very much.”

“Charles, thank you so much for making me feel welcomed, seen and more. It was my first time going to an Office Depot, I needed something laminated. I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer. And was the one to help me, he's great. And I truly feel like he should be a supervisor or a key player in the training of future employees, thank you once again , Charles.”
