experience today at O’Reilly Auto Parts! Thank you to the Manager (Sydney) for all of her support and assistance and a Very Big Shout Out To Employee Of The Year (Ricardo) for all of his support and assistance with testing my 2 batteries and installing 2 shims. 🙌🏽😊

Very helpful staff. Needed washer fluid and window wipers for two vehicles. The guy at counter was very helpful and even got us a special on top of the military discount.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The guy with the beard was very passive aggressive and the lady was no help either. Overall if I could give a 0 I would. Management needs to train their employees how to talk to customers RESPECTFULLY!

worst customer service Josh help me last night made a order to ship from the location 2 location few miles he assumed i can just walk and go pick it up, so I requested him to order it and get it delivered to there store in worthington st / Paradise valley rd. si he went on to order it and ask me if I wanted to pay I told him I preferred to pay when I pick up to make sure it's the part I need, he stated they preferred if I paid first! so I made it real clear that I would pay when I picked my part today in the mornin. so I confirm a time to pickup at 0800-0830 he had an like an attitude cause I didn't choose to pay at the time. today I went to picked my parts and he did not order my part I made it at the end of the my work day so I could fix my car bow I have to wait another day worst experience ever. but manny took care of it today with great customer service he was able to order the part.

Sunday 3/3/24 @ 11:45 am (ish) Watched and waited while an employee performed a battery test for another customer. After he finished and was walking in, I politely asked if I could get the same test. He said no because it was lightly drizzling and the rest unit was warm. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Please do/be better.

I recently visited O'Reilly to dispose of some waste oil which I bought from the same store but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service by Oscar. Despite being told by Vic to go dump my waste oil, no one attended to me, and I was left waiting for an extended period without anyone opening the door to the tank area. When I went back, I realized that Oscar was in the tank area but didn't open and had gut to tell to go back on the line.However, I do want to give a shout-out to Vic, who was very helpful when he finally arrived. He was apologetic and efficient, and made sure that my waste oil was disposed of properly.Unfortunately, the initial wait and lack of attention left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the store can improve their customer service and communication to avoid similar situations in the future. Vic's excellent service saved the day, but I hope the store can step up their game overall."
