It's important for businesses to provide excellent customer service even during last minutes before closing. Approach was very unwelcoming and when they asked me what what I needed ( a collision damage repair estimate) they told me they wouldn't "sufice". Excellent business structure?

Been having issues with my alignment… so I called these guys and I’m glad I did. Omar was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and explained everything. The guys were able to check my car and give me a quote faster than I expected and stayed transparent about everything. Great service and very reasonable prices for your car!

To this day March 29 th 2024 I have still have not received the $400.00 I was told I was would receive. He wants me there soooooo bad he told me I'll GIVE YOU AN ADDITIONAL 100.00 on top of the $400.00 I owe you YOU JUSt COME HERE AND GET IT (((( This place yearns for me to be on this property to do as much physical harm as possible))). I swear on my mothers ashes folks this is the truth I can make this up.BEWARE OF THIS PLACEThey could have Zelled me to my phone number sent a money order or a check but they continue to make excuses.This is nothing more then an excuse factory constantly lining and cheating me out of my hard earned money.People I strongly suggest you take your vehicles to a place that the management does what they say they are going to do.Way to much Drama and lies at Premier Auto Center .This place of business should be called "PREMIER LIEING CENTER"Robert does not do what he says he's going to do and that is the absolute truth. He told me he would reimburse me my $400.00 additional cost due to his mistake.I told him to just mail it to me or pay by Zelle but instead he has the nerve to tell me I can't mail it's illegal. He said come here and get it from me. In fact, come over here and I'll give you $500.00Obviously this man wants me to get into an actual fist fight on his property based on the tone when i spoke to him on the phone.People this is not fabricated this is all true.I highly advise you hard working people to shop elsewhere for you car care. This place helped take the stress off fixing the issues with my car! I had issues with my OBD2 sensors and they fixed it in order to pass smog! Omar was a massive help in letting me know what was wrong with my car and making the process pain free. There isn’t a single person I wouldn’t recommend this place to!! Thanks to all the mechanics who worked on my car!

I took my 2004 Acura to their shop and the results were amazing. They completed the job in a timely manner and everything in the car runs really smooth. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs. Omar had great customer service and he gave great detail on what was being done with the car. Thank you for the service.

Omar and his team at Premier Auto Center go above and beyond for their clients.Registration was due and after a failed smog check, I needed to reset my drive cycle on my Jeep Cherokee in order to get my check engine light to turn on so I could figure out what needed to be repaired. I had googled the instructions on how to reset the drive cycle and thought that I was doing it right but after driving more than ~3000 miles, I couldn't get it to reset. I decided to request a quote on yelp and also reach out to dealerships to schedule an appointment.Omar was one of the first to respond and was quick to explain that having to drive that much was unnecessary and that he was confident that they would be able to figure out what was wrong. All the dealerships were booked a week out and were quoting really high fees just to run a diagnostic. Initial fees at PAC were reasonable and Omar was ready to look at my car as soon as I was able to bring it in.After bringing it in, they were able to get the check engine light to turn on and determine that I needed to replace my catalytic converter. Since the turnaround time was about two weeks to get one, I decided to take the car back with me and wait. The NEXT MORNING I received a call from Omar: he had been making phone calls to dealerships and one had just got one in. I dropped it off and converter was switched out the same day.Last part of this great experience: Now that the converter was switched out, I needed to reset the drive cycle once more. Since they knew that I had trouble doing it the last time and was in a time crunch, they offered to do it for me. Talk about going above and beyond!Omar and his team did everything you would want from an Auto Repair Shop; Quick response, honesty, fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend Premier Auto Center.
