Public storage in spring valley NY in 7 S Pascask not a great place to rent. I went on Monday 22, 2025 to the office to tell them that will come during the week to pay unit k1251 and today I got a bad news says that someone by the unit that contains all my family things. That's so unfair. Now my kids and family doesn't have anything to wear. And they sold all my personal goods to auctions.. due to miscommunication that I came by Monday to let them know what happened.. I would never do business with them ever again I will make sure my brother have her things removed there and so on..

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Public Storage in Spring Valley. This was my first time LOOKING at renting a storage unit in years. Times have changed. Pretty overwhelmed, great upgrade. Staff was absolutely incredible. They took the time to explain everything to me with so much patience and kindness. I never felt rushed or pressured.
The facility itself was spotless, secure, and well-maintained. The whole process was so smooth, and it was a huge relief to know my belongings were in a great space. I'm truly grateful for the team's amazing service—they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choice.
