Last night I got a 10x25 storage unit online for a great deal, and today I came to the Spring Valley location to see it in person. I had read many good reviews, but I wanted to check it out myself. When I arrived, Mandy at the front desk was very kind, respectful, and helpful. She even offered me a bottle of water, took me to see my unit, gave me clear instructions, and answered all my questions. It was a great experience overall! This is definitely a great place to store your belongings.

The customer service was amazing. They were so nice and helpful. Their customer service is open 24/7. When on the phone with them, even though they weren’t physically with me, they were able to help me with everything I needed. Super affordable. Nice location.

First I need to say the office personnel
Are extremely professional. I would give them 5 stars. My 1 star is due to Secure Space being a poor company to keep tenants over time. My rent increased 65% in 18 months. My neighbors rent was just increased and was paying $200 less than me and he has been there 1 year longer than me. The rent increases cannot be explained other than they are keeping up with the market. But that’s untrue and there is nothing you can do or anyone that will try to earn your business. Beware!

The two girls on staff were amazing. Courteous and professional. However, the rental rate jumping $97 after 4 months with the possibility of it going up by any possible amount is ludicrous! I was paying $177 for a 10x15, with no lights and no security. I will not be returning. I know corporate doesn't care because apparently they make enough money off the first couple months of every new tenant. But in a military town, you could really financially screw someone's life who's on an 8-9 month deployment making poverty level pay.

My interactions with the two women who run this storage company were very helpful and have awesome people skills are quick and skilled at the intake rental office and thoroughly made the experience free from hassles. Also they are sweet ladies who made it an.emjoyable experience for my 2 boys as.well. the space was perfect for my needs and easy to access and seems quote secure

I was really impressed with SecureSpace Self Storage (Spring Valley). The team was welcoming, check-in was fast, and being able to handle it all online saved me a ton of time. It was a smooth, no-stress experience!

When I initially got here, I had signed up online and realized I needed a bit of a bigger space. When I asked about getting the promo price on the new space, I was told that I could not do it by the previous management. A minor glitch in the system brought me in. Regarding the previous convo, I spoke to La'Sane and Mandy (new mgmt). I was told it should have and could have been done. So, like fairy godmothers, Viola- done. Thank you both.
1 year later...
Staff is still amazing. Sadly, upper most sucks and I have very little respect for them. There have been known breakin issues since September 2024 and although sheriff has come out and tried to figure out what is being down, they refuse to put cameras inside the buildings.

The place is kept very nice and clean, however, they raised the price of my unit from $209-$378 a month in two years. Absolutely ridiculous.
