My 2 kids have been enrolled with Kindercare for the last almost 3 years, they have been there since they were 11 months and 3 years old so I've had the opportunity to experience every age classroom. The patience, attention and care all the staff has had with my children has been amazing! The communication between Ms. Celia the director, Ms. Lily the vice director and all the amazing staff, has allowed me to be at work and have full trust that my girls are being well taken care of. My kids love their teachers and all the activities that they do, especially during summer time. The daily schedule for the classrooms has several activities to keep their minds active and busy. They also provide transportation to and from my daughters school which helps immensely! If you're looking for excellent child care, they are definitely the best option!

I would like to thank the staff at Kindercare. We have had a great experience with this daycare. It is great to know our kids are in great hands. We really lucked out on finding a place and staff that we can trust. Our kids really loved the activities and events that they have. Our kids tines sing songs that they learned there. The staff communicates well when anything comes up involving our kids. I especially love getting updates while at work of what they are doing. Our eldest still remembers and asks about his teachers and friends he has made there.

Our kids have all been at this daycare since they were little. It takes a lot to trust someone else with your kids. The staff at this daycare put our worries at ease and were so amazing with all of them . Our eldest still talks about his teachers from there. They are very understanding and responsive. Our kids have been really thriving here. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

It has been such an amazing experience. My nephew comes home talking about what he has learned everyday. I wish I would have started him earlier. The teachers are awesome. They are so caring. Thank for being his first experience for school.

My son attended here for 1 year and I can say it was not very easy to trust anyone with my 2 yo but they were always receptive to feedback and always wanted to resolve any issues I had. They accommodated cloth diapers for him and we’re always going above and beyond to provide the care you would want for your child. Being a working parent you know there just isn’t enough hours in the day to teach your kids all the things they need to know but the extra curriculum classes really taught my son so much that I was not able to !

This school is the best. My daughter attends this school and I couldn’t have picked a better one. They are great with the children and my daughter has learned a lot, I’m so great full for everyone who works here….

The director and teachers here are great. My son comes home speaking more and recognizes colors, numbers and songs. 2 years so great for his development. Love it and the staff and director are great!! So many additional classes too Cooking Classes, Phonics Development classes, Picture Day, Holiday Events! It's great!

My son is special needs and nonverbal, and at the time of care, was not potty trained. Teacher Shonda in the Pre-K classroom had the patience of a saint. She never treated my son as a burden or inconvenience. She's thoughtful and engaging with activities and is wonderfully organized with classroom management and curriculum. She communicated with me well about his day and left many unique pictures and videos for me to see on his reports, which I really appreciated. She's warm, friendly, and respectful with not just the kids but with everyone she meets. I felt comfortable and reassured leaving my son with her, and we'll both miss her!

So I love the kindercare my sons goes to. I had to recently transition my son to Kindercare because I needed full time care and my son was very apprehensive about going the first week because he had been home with family the first 15 months since his birth, but they worked with him and got him used to going to daycare. He has a great time there and they take pictures and video, with my permission, of him and send them to me so I can see how he is doing. They are very professional and are teaching my child new skills and it just amazing how my 2 year old now is talking more. I just love that the daycare works with me on my schedule especially since I'm active duty, my schedule can change and all I have to do is call and they understand and work with me.

I love Spring Valley Kindercare that I am willing to drive out of my way for my son to continue daycare there. If that tells you anything about this facility. The staff is so amazing. I feel extremely safe leaving my son in their hands. They constantly keep me updated via the app and in person. Looking at the app to see new photos of my son playing is the highlight of my day. He has learned so much since starting at this kindercare. He will literally put his shoes on and start walking towards the door, ready to go to daycare. So it is safe to say my son loves it there too. My husband is in the Navy and they have been so understanding of pick ups and everything else. I want to say Ms.Isle, Ms.Payton, Ms.Merna, Ms.Rosa, and Ms. Celia are just angels. Our family would of been lost without their amazing support. Thank you so much, Spring Valley Kindercare!!

Since my son started coming to kinder care, I noticed he's been learning so much. He comes home and does things he hasn't before, so I know the teachers work hard teaching. I love how there is no tv time so my toddler comes home ready for dinner, bath, and bed time. They have a nice park so the kids can have plenty of outside time and make sure the kids drink plenty of water throughout the day. He gets 2 healthy meals and a healthy snack everyday. I feel happy that my son is safe and learning here. Thank you so much to Ms. Angie for working with my son. Thank you Celia for being understanding. Also we love the app that shows us updates!

I am very disappointed during this time of COVID for kinder care to raise tuition. I just received notice that effective August the cost will be going up. Very disappointing, very corporate.

Some teachers are great here but most dont have the time of day to care about your children. They will be bullied and neglected with no correction from the kids.You wont be able to get a hold of anyone during business hours even though I have seen teachers playing on their phones while children are crying.Beware if you bring an innocent child here. They will learn to fight, bite, scratch, yell, and push. Try another place
