Kind and very knowledgeable staff and vets. The vets are conservative with care suggestions. They never "up-sell" products or services. Its all about your pet's quality of life .
I never feel rushed. They take time to answer questions. I take my Belgian Tervurens here.

I'm so lucky a friend referred me to this clinic over 6 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have squeezed me in on several emergency visits. They take the best care of my pets and don't try to break the bank with outrageous costs. my dog actually loves going for visits! I would leave more stars if i could. Thank you spring valley vet clinic! all the staff and doctors are amazing. i won't forget your compassion and kindness in stressful times. thank you!!!!

Since we found this vet we have never went anywhere else. We have brought our dog here for over 5 years now. They do a great job and get my pet taken care of everytime!

The services that we received for our cat was excellent! We were informed all along the way, and advised as to choices for specialist that they would’ve recommended for us! The services that were rendered were extremely reasonable, particularly when you have a comparison of other veterinarian clinics that you walk in and you are so impressed with their environment and less impressed with their abilities… So guess where all that impressing with an office gets you?
This clinic may not seem from the aesthetics to be where you would want your pet treated… But they get an AA+++ for their knowledge, treatment, referral, prices, and staff

This is long over due. My favorite vet retired in Oceanside and for a couple of years i felt lost, i needed someone who knew to deal with the human aspect of veterinary medicine along with providing exceptional care to my dogs. I have three dogs, they are my family and want only the best. My friend recommended Dr Simpson around 2021 and this changed our lives. We now have a clinic of people who truly care and treat my dog with patience and kindness. Dr Simpson is one in a million. Dr Elyea is wonderful too. My dog isn't treated as an atm machine here. I've never been taken advantage of for additional unnecessary tests. They are in my opinion the best of the best. I've been a dog owner 20 years. Trust me, they are what medical practices used to be like and should be like, there for the animal. Animal first. Not profit first. Check out Dr Simpson's help us help the animals fund while there, he cares. I want to clone him.

We took my dog to be sterilized and everything went very well, healthy in the expected time and her stitches were removed 14 days after the operation; My dog never complained or had bleeding problems, she took the medication they prescribed and that helped her in the first 2 days, after that she was normal.
The girls at the reception are very kind and pleasant, the doctor who treated us was very attentive and delicate, in conclusion we had a very good experience and they treated us extremely well. We are happy and grateful, and we will definitely return and recommend this veterinarian 100, your pets are in good hands (professional hands) ??

If I could give a minus star I would. My cousin took his schnauzer to be euthanized and cremated and they overcharged them. Here’s what they charged: $95 check up; $385 euthanasia and $295 for cremation. 8 days later he has not received the urn with his pet’s ashes. Daylight robbery. Don’t get fleeced there. Go elsewhere.
