Great communication, expertly packaged, bottles upright, in the bubble protectors correctly (yes, there is an incorrect way as I experienced from another online liquor retailer), order was accurate. Wonderful experience. I ordered some expensive whiskey (boss hog) that has a fancy box and cool cork. The amount of packaging this shop included was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve had one of these shipped before and break in transit because of the heft of the cork and how it’s set in the display case. It broke at the neck. The Barrel Shop packaged the bottles separately with insanely secure packaging and then a standard bottle bubble shipper thing around that. Plus plenty of foam peanuts. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to see that. That sort of care is just great. Bottles were also very well priced and shipping was free. Can’t wait to order from y’all again!

I ordered from The Barrel Tap for the first time earlier this August. I pre-ordered the Crown Royal Chocolate, as a gift for a loved one. The entire process has been very simple and I have had timely updates on all movement. I got my order earlier than expected and it was packaged very well. Everything arrived in one piece. They have made a return customer out of me. Very nice!
