This ups is always busy, non-stop and Tony is ALWAYS kind and patient. People are not always nice to the staff here, but every time I interact with any of them, especially Tony, they are lovely. I always bring my business here and you should too!

The worst place to deliver a package. I went to this UPS store to deliver a package because it was the closest one I had and the service was 2/10. There were 15 of us and they only had one person working for me. I arrived at 3:20 and ended up leaving at 4:10 just to deliver a package. They charge an extra dollar for everything. I needed a little bit of tape for a box and they charged me for it. I've been to other UPS stores and the service is good and they've never charged me for it. If you're going to come, take precautions. Keep in mind that it will take at least 30 minutes at this location, and put tape on your box. And bring your printed label.

Tried calling ahead to check if their QR code reader was functioning, last time it was not and I had to pay for them to print the label. Employee instantly hung up. 90% of the time the line is disconnected and can’t even get through.

I booked an appointment online to get a document notarised. Once there, the person in charge had left for the day…apparently they don’t check these appointments.
One star for the employee whose fault it was not and was nice.

Horrible customer service. Opened a po box there. You have to pay for 3 months up front (over $100). They have me a different box other than the one they put in the contact. Then twice now, they have lost my Amazon packages. They are super slow and never care the line is all the way out the door. Horrible

This is an Employee Review of Tony. He made all the difference. It was Friday 28-Feb afternoon, and I had an Amazon Return — No box No label No problem — Or so I thought... I handed him an open box of designer shoes by Vince Camuto. He put it in a clear plastic bag, scanned the QR code on my phone, printed a Shipping Label and stuck it on the fold to seal the package. He then gave me a Return Receipt, and off I went. A few days later, I got on UPS Tracking only to show that UPS was Not in possession of the package. Yet, Amazon showed that it was dropped off. I had to wait 7 Days before I could dispute the charge on my Amazon Store Card, so I did. All the while dreading the idea of confronting the person who helped me. Because in the meantime, I couldn't find my Return Receipt. Next Friday finally came around. I got back on UPS Tracking to give it one last chance to show up. Out of the blue, the package was In Transit, showing that a label was created the day before on Thursday 06-Mar.
17 Days after the drop-off, I get a Full Refund.
I bought Flowers and made sure Tony knew that I was one Happy Customer.

I have always used this ups store for everything I need. Ive always been given the best service and treated with respect. I went there yesterday to get a document notarized and they surpassed every other trip. I was in and out in 6 minutes and given spectacular customer service with excellent pricing. This spot will always be my go to spot. I'd like to say thank you to the owner and the representatives working there.

I just remembered that when I came here, the guy at the counter told me he'd put padding in the box for me for a figure I was selling on ebay. When he got the package there was no padding or anything at all, the box wasn't the same one I paid for, and there was a giant hole in the middle of my package with the figure inside destroyed. UPS then refused to refund me the full value of my item (destroyed by them) after giving me the runaround for a week.
If you need to ship anything of value don't use them.

i unfortunately always come to this UPS because it’s the closest to my house i usually don’t leave reviews but it’s annoying that the associates don’t close at the time that they say they do instead they close early at the time that they want and tell us to come back another day
