So this post office usually very busy and low staffed, and the mail through out 91941 is all messed up. But outside of those specific issue my last visit was very pleasant, compared to many others. the only reason I’m giving a good review is because of the teller, teller 12 her name is Joanne, she gets five stars! She was so sweet and kind and very helpful. The lady who was helping me before just couldn’t figure out how to help situation and Joanne was quick to help-me and correct my address complications. I give her 10/10 for service and patience. Ps this place is VERY busy between the hours of 3-6.

I went to this Post Office to renew my passport, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff walked me through the entire process and made sure I had all the necessary documents. They were patient and professional, which made the whole experience much easier. The service was fast, and the fee for passport renewal was on par with other places but the convenience and quality of service here stood out. I will definitely use this Post Office for future needs!

Came in 25 minutes before closing , line was still forever long got to the counter 10minutes before they closed . Clerk LUIS proceeded only have of my mailing letters said he has to leave and cannot stay pat closing otherwise his boss, post master Annita Tempura was going to yell at him the next day.
Not my fault at all I got there in time before closing and then he just cut me off mid transaction because he Very rude service very under staffed .

Updating my previous review of one star to 4 stars after the property had a complete landscaping makeover. Thank you for doing your part to beautify our community with the work that was completed recently.
This review is targeted towards the exterior conditions of this facility. There always seems to be trash in the parking lot and near the doors, in the bushes fronting Austin Drive etc. Weeds that have grown close to waist height on the property is sad. There currently is graffiti on one of the exterior walls fronting Sweetwater Springs Blvd. that has been there for over a month. At one point last year a banner hung in the window notified visitors to upcoming landscape work. A couple months after nothing happened, the banner quietly disappeared with no changes at all. Now with the Sweetwater Village Center across from the PO being torn down, the PO will have the distinct award of being the worst property in the area. I’m hoping that the manager of this property will be able to at least get the weeds removed and turn on the irrigation once in awhile.

Great service! I received a package from Sweden and it had said delivered and it wasn’t outside and I was so worried about porch pirates even though we live in a safe neighborhood. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone was super kind and contacted the driver immediately, tracked him down and he came back to my house within 10 minutes and apologized for the mixup in the holiday craziness, she called me back not 15 seconds after to confirm I received it. It was anxiety inducing and sad to think someone would steal something that fast (within 30 min of delivery) but USPS service was truly impeccable and both the lady on the phone and the mailman were so kind, helpful and apologetic. Mistakes happen especially around Christmas but it’s how they rectified it that matters. Thank you guys again! I wish I knew the lady on the phones name but she was great and super calm and got in contact with the driver immediately. 5 stars across the board.

The postman that delivered my mail this week has left my mailbox open purposely he shuts everyone else's and he's the only mailman that does that to my mailbox and if packages gets stolen what am I supposed to do I think it's a racist thing that's the Spring Ave Valley postal the mailman for this week he does it on purpose I'm fed up with it

Missing package that said was delivered. Went twice asking for help and them telling me they'd call me. Never called me. I've also been frequently getting the wrong mail delivered to our mail box.

they mark packages delivered but theyre actually not. packages are frequently magically disappearing and its more frequent during the holidays too. wont help resolve missing packages either because theyre probably stealing themupdate 02/24: had a shipment delivered but the actual product was missing from the box. 2nd time this has happened already

As a government operated agency, I find it absurd that this location closes early for no apparent reason. I got off work early to retrieve a package that’s being held. 15 min early and locked doors, no employees.
