they mark packages delivered but theyre actually not. packages are frequently magically disappearing and its more frequent during the holidays too. wont help resolve missing packages either because theyre probably stealing themupdate 02/24: had a shipment delivered but the actual product was missing from the box. 2nd time this has happened already

As a government operated agency, I find it absurd that this location closes early for no apparent reason. I got off work early to retrieve a package that’s being held. 15 min early and locked doors, no employees.

They delivered my incoming express priority mail to the wrong address. They delivered someone else's priority mail to me on the same day 2 minutes apart.I found the correct addressee and delivered his mail to him. 7 days later mine is still missing. There have been multiple steps taken by me and the sender to resolve. When I went to the office I was promised that they would send someone to redo the route to find it. They also promised a call back. No update 3 days later.This was part of a real estate transaction. Their incompetence has sown the seeds of mistrust between the buyer and me.Mis-delivered mail causes real life consequences.

packages are either delivered to the wrong address, damaged, or magically missing though most likely being stolen. stop marking packages as delivered when it really isnt. youre wasting the resources of sellers and buyers stuck with your services. ive had 7-8 packages and mail that never really get delivered and its disappointing that theres probably going to be more as long as they are coming through you. at least there was one usps driver that was kind enough to go beyond and knock on each door of the neighborhood just to correct whoever keeps making the same mistakes delivering the package. kindly stop having your coworker cover your mess ups too and actually have quality control. thanks.

I know that people who go to the Postal Office are either in a hurry, anxious that their mails/packages are taken cared of or would even be having a bad day. So Cashiers and Staff working to serve all the customers are often overlooked or taken for granted. A small shortcoming on their part might be blown out of proportion by others, thinking they are snob or unhelpful. I can relate, because this USPS Staff ms. Joanne, might look reserved or strict, but once you get to know her, or take time to smile at her and talk to her, she will be very nice and cheerful. She has helped me from the first time I stepped in this location. Walked me through on how to open a PO Box and assisted me in mails that I'm looking for. She wrote everything patiently. I thank her for knowing her products and services. So just to put a balance perspective, most customer service workers might also have a challenging day and I feel we as consumers must also be considerate, who knows friendships can also be built which will last.

The best post office in all of San Diego County!I thought I had lost a package and they were extremely helpful trying to locate it for me. I ended up finding it in a really d*** place and they were super nice about it. Thank you everyone here for your help and continued service to the spring valley community <3

I went through the drive through mail drop at SVPO at 1:30 PM and both outdoor mailboxes were overflowing. The posted time for p.u. was 12:30 P.M. Very concerned, I attempted to call and reach a live person on the phone. I finally reached someone after several calls. This was at 2:50 P.M., and I was told that the mail was just picked up. Really? With mail theft and all? Management needs to step up their game. This is unacceptable.

I came here 4 times in half a month and asked when my package will arrive, because my friend's package was lost here. Since June, my friend has not found her package, and I am very worried that my own package will also meet. In this situation, I asked again and again, but each time the answer was that I was still in Los Angeles. The last time I came here at noon, the answer was still the same, but in the afternoon my family told me that the package was returned. It took more than half a month to arrive after being sent from abroad. This is my kid's birthday present. She was very sad and disappointed. This is the most irresponsible place I've ever seen. Later, my family mailed it to another place. I went to pick it up today, no one was at home, but there was a slip on the door asking to pick up the package, and I took it to the post office. 2 minutes, get the package, never come to this place again

I love this post office and most of all our mailman Robert. all the staff are courteous and friendly when you step inside. our mailman Robert is so efficient, upbeat and friendly to all on our block. it is amazing that as busy as he is continues to sport a wonderful personality! thanks for the good service and such an efficient mailman!
