Employees get mad at customers for information given to them from a different employee on checking the quality of goods. Customer service is lacking and overall just not consistent for all customers.

Spring Valley. Lots of parking in front. Been going here for years. Organized & clean. One of my go to spots for my polo shirts. The 25% off for Veterans, is a plus for me. All the staff are nice & friendly. Special mention to "Jessica C." (cashier) for her Outstanding customer service. Great personality & treated me like a VIP at check out. If you like shopping at thrift stores, I highly recommend checking this place out. Thank you. Salute.

I have bought bins here for several years until last week a stranger I've never seen tells me all the bins are now double in price. They hire people that don't really know about American wants everything donated is over priced

This is a great place to buy household items at a good price.

They over price most of the items. I found 2 small desert bowls and they wanted $1.95 for EACH bowl. Went down the street to another thrift store and got 3 desert bowls plus 3 larger soup bowls all for $3.95. Now that is a deal. I will not be shopping Veterans thrift store because of over priced 2nd hand stuff that I could buy new for the same or close to the same price.

Used to be a decent thrifting spot. They have recently started charging antique gallery prices for their donated furniture.

This is a great store with amazing prices on everything but especially on furniture and clothing. Some of their clothes are literally in the low 1s and 2s but obviously prices range. That being said, the range is still one of the best priced thrift store I've been to in San Diego!

I AM NEVER GOING BACK! 1. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous! I agree with other reviewers, they think they're a retail store. 2. Their customer service is horrible. I waited in the furniture room for at least 10 minutes making eye contact with the cashiers and no one came over to help. I had to track someone down. That was fine, whatever. But when I asked how much an unmarked chair was, the guy asked the manager... $65. Excuse me, there was a full sofa next to it for $50. I went yesterday and saw the chair, asked how much and they said $40. I went home to sleep on it, went back for it, but now it's $65, are you freaking kidding me? This was a small chair, like it would be MAX $20 at another thrift store. So no, I will never go back because their prices are atrocious and their customer service is horrible.
