David in the pharmacy very rude and unwilling to help. I had a prescription sent over and apparently wasn't in system yet. He just shook his head and said "it's not here". When I asked him to re check he just kept saying it wasn't there. Didn't even ask the pharmacist to see if it had been faxed over. Which it was. It was waiting for the pharmacist to process. It was too much for him to just ask a simple question. No longer doing business with them. Taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy. So sad that simple customer service isn't part of training anymore.

There are maybe about 2 or three pharmacy staff members that are great. The rest seem to work with a chip on their shoulder.

Horrible service, called multiple times to check if my prescription was ready and they never picked up the phone, it happens every single time I have to pick up a prescription. If your doctor send the prescription electronically they won't process it until you come in.. I don't hear the phone ring or anyone on the phone, probably took it off the hook!

This location has the WORST pharmacy. Your doctor will call in the prescription and they won't process it. You can call them and ask them to process the order; yet, when you arrive you will still need to wait 30-40 minutes. All the pharmacist are turtle slow and couldn't care less about good customer service. Avoid the wait and go somewhere where they actually do their jobs efficiently.

I use the pay as you go through their online app, that is supposed to say the customer time. However when I got there I still had to wait in the line just as a regular paying customer. When I explained that the app says that you can go directly to the counter or drive up if available, the clerk told me not here you still have to go through the regular line. The medications are not bagged and ready to go. I just don't think this is good customer service to offer an option and not actually utilize it for the customer.

Do not get your prescription from here. Was told it would be only 45 min. It has now been 2 hours and still waiting for my prescription. Ikram who helped did nothing. I waited and she just left with out telling me anything. She was more worried about going home. Another person working the counter told they don't have the medication in stock. I have to wait till Monday. It is Friday today. It would of been nice of they told me an hour earlier instead of waisting my night at right aid. Very rude people working in the pharmacy. I don't recommend coming to this one

I give this store an extra star because employees have always been kind and helpful and this location is ALWAYS busy with a line. I love reading reviews when they mention a location or the store being ghetto. Hey! you chose the area so you can't blame the store I have always found what I am looking for and everything is easy to locate. The pharmacy has always been right on top of anything my mom needs and readily available to answer questions My overall experience has always been above average. Speaking of...I feel like an ice cream today. I love it that they still serve ice cream.

The Pharmacy Tech working at the pharmacy on Sunday 1/16/22 has no urgency or professionalism. I can't believe Rite Aid would have someone like this in customer service, and handling cash. She enjoys to make people the elderly feel belittled. If she doesn't take pride in serving her community and working then she should choose a different career. Hopefully Rite Aid Management reads this and puts her through diversity and inclusion training.

Almost every time I call in a order for pickup the next day and wait 3 days to pick it up... it still isn't ready and they act like it's my fault.

Honest I would have never thought I would have a above and beyond experience rite aid until I started going to this one Miriam is one of those people that go above and beyond and really cares for her customers. Every time I see her she remembers me and have conversations as if we have been friends for a long time sometimes you need that as a customer or a person to feel welcomed I am glad to be a customer at this rite aid

I keep coming here out of torture it seems.call to fill my prescription told it will take x amount if time. Get here even a bit after they said and they still dont have my medications ready. I wait about 30 minutes each time. They apologize but dont fix it. They should just be upfront about the wait, I dont want to stand around a pharmacy if I dont have to.this time they blame them administering vaccines of having to wait an additional hour than the one they stated. I'm done with this store and finally going to another pharmacy.

Hands down the best store in all of Spring Valley. The employees always greet you with a warm welcome,and their customer service us second to none. This is my go-to store for almost everything!!!
