We stayed here this month (March) it was cute. I was hesitant because of the previous reviews but it was nothing like they mentioned. We got the family room and it was so cute. One queen bed and a day bed with a pull out trundle. Fit 5 of us comfortably 2 adults 3 toddlers. It was a little pricey for one night a little over $200. But I would stay here again. There was toilet paper, tissue, white towels and a little travel kit with soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, & face towel. We did not experience any bed bug bites. It was clean for my liking. Will stay here again and next time I will try the pizza! Across the street there is a coffee shop that is good and a breakfast place as well. Also a cute playground! If you do book here I believe I read you have to cancel 7 days in advance. I booked my room 3 days before needing to be there just an FYI. But no complaints our stay was good.

I was on a business trip last week and got a room there to stay in. I got the room from the bartender, they don't have a front desk. The lady gave me a code to the door and a small receipt like I had bought a drink.Entering the room, I found a 120vac wall outlet with arc flash, I couldn't get the heater to work, the carpet was so bad I felt like I had to wear my shoes to go to the bathroom, the front door looked like it was kicked in at one point. I just didn't want to stay there.I went back down to the bar and asked for my money back so I could leave and find another place to stay. The bartender said a person would call me back. When I talked to the person on the phone, they said no refunds no matter what I thought was wrong with the room. They said per the agreement, once entering the room no refund would be given. What agreement? There were no signs or information presented, and I didn't sign anything saying this was a thing. After all of this, no refund, they wouldn't even have a discussion. I didn't touch the bed or bathroom it was all bad, not a nice place for the money they charged. This place is run down with no maintenance, and there is no office. I should have known better when the place was completely empty.Very sad business practice, a scam.

The Springville Inn ,Very Sadly has not been the Springville Inn for 5-6 years now. Frank opened and called it Franks at the Springville Inn but he raised the orices and was rarely open. The location has now opened as Poor Richards Pizza. Its been open around 9 months to a year. Im not sure who is running the rest of the show, rooms etc, but I believe someone is because I saw Big boom trucks up there this morning. I assumed they were staying in the rooms. Im pretty sure of it. Poor Richards has really good pizza and are kind of an icon in this neck of the woods.

Pay Attention To The Small Details Rooms Were Nice, Some Don't Have Heaters. The Staff Brought A Portable Heater. The Pizzeria Downstairs Totally Rocks and The Bar staff Rocks To. My Big Complaint Is Our Venue Was Booked Months In Advance and The New Owners Jacked Up The Pricing Just Before We We're To Arrive For The Big Wedding ??.

Springville inn has a new pizza place inside called Poor Richard’s. There is also one on Main Street in porterville. To be honest it is nothing like the old poor richards but I hope they improve over time . pizza wasn’t as crispy as expected. We might try the one in town next time.

A feel good place with small town charm. The service and pizza are good. Live music. Fun crowd. Will definitely be back this weekend.
