“3 cheers for James Teaney! He was SO patient, kind and helpful as I was trying to assist a family member with their banking needs and my own as well. He helped navigate a complex issue I had been trying to resolve for days. THANK YOU James and Provident!”

“Swooped and guided by Ms. Anju Nigam, the branch manager, I was welcomed to the office to help me understand the latest rates for longterm deposits. Though most transactions can be managed at the ATM or online, there is a continued need for human judgment and personal clarification of the "small font" details that impact, deposits, withdrawals and penalties. Most importantly, especially in these uncertain financial times, one needs guidance to plan emergency access with least hassle and cost. Ms. Nigam was patient, cool, collected, low-key and carried a conversation discreetly and preserving the "sanctity" of our conversations. Best of all, in offering personalized service, she helped us bon as we chatted about our grandchildren. Thank you!”

“I was told Id be getting a survey through my email but I did not receive one so I am gladly going on here to give this place the review it deserves. Five stars for sure!! We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. Anyways I highly recommended this bank. I feel they do not deserve two star ratings. But that is my opinion.”

“Mollie Stones offers a similar high-quality shopping experience to Whole Foods, minus the pretentiousness. If you're on a tight budget, it may not be the best choice, but if you're in search of top-notch meats, fresh produce, an extensive wine and liquor selection, and exceptional customer service, then Mollie Stones is your go-to destination.”

“the generic, fairly typical, perfectly functional Bank of America ATM. One point of note, is that the ATM is located inside the Lucky's grocery store, and therefore is subject to the hours of the store itself.”

“Came here to open an account and they sent me to Sukhminder. He was patient and professional. He had an upcoming appointment but made sure he hashed out the details for me and even helped me deposit my cash. Usually, other bankers would send you on your way to do it yourself. It's the little things that make the experience a whole difference! This branch is conveniently located in a plaza that has plenty of things to do to keep you busy in case you came during rush hour. I can see that they are slightly understaffed and need a better system when it comes to break/lunch. It seems like they're floater/relationship banker was on lunch along with their bankers so there wasn't anyone manning the floor for walk-ins. Other than that, no complaints!”

“Had to visit this branch with our team. Wasn't too busy midday. Our teller, Michael, really helped us sort things out today. Just found out we're established at another location, but wanted to give a shout out and say thanks!”

“Great convenient location. Don't have to go south of 101, geez what a hassle if this ATM weren't here.
Withdrawals and deposits. I originally thought it was a deposit only, then read the 2 year old review, and came back to make my withdrawal :] in, n out, n in, n out again in a jiffy. What a withdrawal.
Dispenses 50's and 20's, auto choose or choose yourself.”
