I dropped in yesterday and the woman (only woman at the counter) told me she was busy and to make an appointment. I did that and came the next day on time for my appointment. She was with someone and walked out of the cubical several times and looked at me but never acknowledged me. After 20 minuets the branch manager came and asked if he could help me, which he did. It took about 5 minutes to do what I needed to do. I told him about my appointment and the woman's treatment of me. To make an appointment with someone and then completely ignore them is totally unacceptable. This is certainly NOT customer "service." If there was a "no star" to choose, I would do that.

I care here to do a wire. There was only one person who can help me. Since he has a customer, I patiently waited. It was almost an hour before he can help me. If he anticipated this to be a long transaction with his current customer,he should have given me a warning. Since I thought it will only be like 10 15 minutes, I waited, and waited... very unprofessional! They should have more people capable of doing a simple wire. The rest of the members are mostly idle while I was waiting there. Never come here again!

I usually don't like going to Bank of America because the lines are too long, greeters never leave you alone, and hours can be atrocious. However, I had to go to a BoA recently because of an extra charge on my credit card account. Luckily, there were a number of BoA locations all around the peninsula and the one closest to where I was going was this location on Quarry Road. This Bank of America branch is conveniently located near Stanford, so if you are a student, I recommend coming to this one. It is right across from the shopping center. Although the parking lot was a tad bit small, I was able to find a spot right at the front. There isn't anything special about this Bank of America branch; there are 3 different booths where people can help you with your account/open a new account, and there's a few tellers at the table ready to assist. Luckily business wasn't too busy when I arrived, and so I was approached by someone minutes after I had sat down in the waiting area. The person helping me so sweet and patient that, for a second, I almost forgot about all the other bad experiences I have had at BoA. She was able to get on the phone with someone who could take a look at my charges and told me what my next steps were. I thought that my visit to this branch would take forever, but I was out faster than I originally expected! Overall, my little excursion to this Bank of America location was an overall positive one. If I need to go to BoA again after work and I am in the Palo Alto area, I would not mind coming to this one. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was friendly. I would give this a "Omg, I'd drive 2 hours for this" rating! Have fun and prosper,
