This is one of two Post Offices in the area that I know of that has a Self-Service Kiosk AND where the lobby is open 24 hours - AMAZING 🙌 LIFE SAVER! The other Post Office with 24-hour Kiosk access is in downtown Mountain View. SO GRATEFUL! I can never make it to the post office before they close - so I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 24-hr Self-Service Kiosk. You can buy postage, get Priority Mail packaging and mail it all on your own. We are so lucky to have this available to us and I hope they never decide to close the lobby. Thank you USPS. Big fan of this service!

Seems to always be understaffed, and the self-service machine doesn't work. Employees are great, but we need more of them!

Usually empty but the one day I wanted to use the counter service to send certified mail, the line was OUT THE DOOR and only one worker behind the counter. What's up ? why is everybody using the counter service today- waiting so patiently like little lambs like only Stanford students will do 🐑🐑🐑? ⁉️⁉️ 4.11.25

Stay away from the lady responsible for passport application processing!
She created unnecessary hassle by sending us for more documents which were actually not required.
She insisted on choosing the expedited route, and made us pay the extra fee.
This was all while his colleague was trying to reign her overzealous tactics.
I hope the USPS administration will take action. She likely needs a fresh 101 training in how to treat customers properly.

There’s no public parking (university vehicles and permits only)! You drive into a dead end and nowhere to park to quickly dropsomething off. A couple of 20 min loading zone spots further away but they’re all occupied. Don’t come here if you come by car.

The previous review about the passport service is miss-leading. They DO allow passport service in the branch. We went to East Palo Alto office but was asked to return here today. It actually has less waiting time comparing with other usps office.

Said internet was out and could not charge credit card - cash only, after waiting in line for 30 minutes.
