The whole thing was a joke. Left my lightly worn clothes and shoes to be reviewed. While waiting, went around looking at their inventory and found a lot of stained, ripped, faded items hanging. Thinking to myself, my stuff is in way nicer condition. After they reviewed, they did want a good amount of my stuff, but to my surprise, they offered 10 cents per item. They want to buy at 10 cents and then turn around and sell things for like $10-$12. I would rather donate it than let 2nd street make a huge profit on a 10cent purchase. Great business plan... Pay 10cents and sell for $10 or more. In disbelief, I declined and swear to myself never to go back or recommend this place. It would have been better to say they are not interested rather than offer 10 cents an item. Yes, we understand we will not get a lot for worn items but 10 cents is ridiculous. Such a waste of time and energy.

A hidden gem for thrifters! Clean and neat store. You don’t have to dig too much to find good stuff. Plenty of name brand clothing & designer bags for GOOD prices. This location is around the Rodeo 39 area; Rodeo 39 is often busy, so it can be hard to find parking.

Honest review from a full-time stylist Oh how spectacular this location is compared to others, and I've been to four of this brand chain. Easy to find, you kinda bump straight into it from the traffic light. EXTRA clean! I was barefoot in the fitting room so I know! I did buy that oversized blazer that looks and feels like Balenciaga for $9 Duh, see pics. In one visit I saw Louboutin pumps, Chloe boots, Marc Jacobs Jacket, prada wallets, Gucci and LV bags, Versace belt and much more. The store also has many old names and true vintage pieces, companies don't make clothes tike this anymore! Selling here is another level. I did bring a LOT of big brands in new/like new condition, some with tags. Same day I got paid 500$. It depends on what you sell. Bottom line: shopping here is even cooler than on melrose. Worth it. You get great value for your money and vice versa, goooood money if you bring great styles!

Great Service! Such welcoming employees and the finds were top notch. The pricing was reasonable compared to other second hand clothing stores. Will definitely be shopping here again

I've sold my clothes from brands/designers like Hysteric Glamour, PPFM, Alexander McQueen, Undercover, and Helmut Lang here a couple of times. It's the ONLY consignment store I will ever sell to because of the amazing prices. I've also sold non-big brands, and I STILL get good money for them. The prices for their gently used designer items are pretty good. The store is well-organized, and the staff are AMAZING. If you're in the OC area or at Rodeo 39, you should definitely check them out!

Took in my deceased wifes new stuff, told them to put any jewelry they find to the side, they kept it, found empty packages later after I returned home., Not very honest.

Great place to shop but "not to sale" . I took 4 bags of cloths mostly jeans & sweaters they wanted to buy about 80% of the cloths for $12 . I'm not sure if they give a better prices for shoes or purses . But I wouldn't recommend selling your cloths here it's like 10cent for 1 item or $1 . I end up taking all my cloths back better to donating it to friends/family or try to sale it online .

this place is such a joke - sure they sell reused designer brands but it's mostly just overpriced junk. At the prices they're offering, might as well just buy new. I wouldn't go back.

I came with some designer items and men's clothes that were all over $300 original price and they tried to off me 10cents on 2pieces and $1 on two other pieces I brought a Fendi clutch that's over $800 original price and fairly new with original packaging and authenticity they offered $160 lol I wasted over an hour of waiting for these silly prices
