“My family moved into these apartments in 2005. The areas was horrible. We had people jump into our balcony and steal our thing quite a few times. My dads breaking point was when they stole his car and the previous manager "Dee" wouldn't even provide security footage then for the cops!! We where looking into moving but they changed the management personnel and "Felipe" came in as head manager. We started to notice he got rid of many many tenants that made the property ghetto. The place is still a bit trash outside but then again come on people we live in the hood for gods sake it's Stanton! Now as far as pest control goes, I see many people complaining about roaches. Now we are clean freaks and I can honestly tell you that we have never had a roach problem, as long as you're not leaving s*** s*** and being clean there shouldn't be a problem with pest. That depends on your cleanliness. I don't understand why there's all these negative comments with Felipe.... I think he doing his best with the damn place, cut him break.”

“I lived at this apartment complex for 16 months and overall had a very positive experience. The move-in and move-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the leasing office staff were consistently excellent. Maintenance team was always on point as well.
One experience that really stood out to me was when I went to the office to ask about borrowing a dolly to move some heavy items, since I had been dealing with wrist pain. Steve immediately offered to help me move everything himself without hesitation. That level of kindness and resident support really speaks to how well the staff treats people here.
My unit itself was clean, comfortable, and everything functioned properly throughout my stay. Same to be said with the amenities, the pool/jacuzzi and gym were always kept up nicely.
The only downsides I experienced were related to other residents rather than management. For the first few months, my next-door neighbor regularly played loud music past 10 PM, which was disruptive. I also noticed that some residents do not clean up after their dogs, leading to waste and stains around the property, and there were occasional instances of dogs being off-leash.
Toward the end of my lease, there was a recurring issue with a strong marijuana odor throughout the third-floor hallway near elevator #3 in the evenings. The property has a no-smoking policy, and while the leasing office sent reminder emails, the issue persisted. It would be great to see stricter enforcement or additional measures in place to address this concern.
Overall, I enjoyed living here and had a good experience, especially due to the helpful and professional staff. With better enforcement of community rules, this would easily be an excellent place to live and I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat.”

I compared this community with two other places since I wasn’t familiar with the area, but this one offered exactly what I was looking for — a spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinets and good-quality finishes, comfortable bedrooms, no humidity or odors, clean common areas, and assigned parking.
However, the real highlight is the amazing team. AJ and Andrew made the entire process incredibly easy and always had a great attitude. They helped me with every question I had, and since it wasn’t easy for me to visit Avanti in person, I truly appreciated how quickly they responded to every message — usually within minutes.”

Alejandra, the apartment manager, is amazing. She responds quickly, is always friendly, and genuinely cares. We love her! It makes such a difference having someone so approachable and helpful running the property.
We also really enjoy how clean and well-maintained the grounds are. The community is quiet and peaceful, which is important to us. The assigned, covered parking spaces are another big plus — it’s so convenient and something we definitely don’t take for granted.

“I toured baker block today and I had THE BEST tour the leasing agents name was Journey and she was so professional and really informed me about all the amenities! When she was showing me around I was shocked at how clean and secure the whole complex was which was nice and super important for me living alone! She really made it a whole experience and it’s one of my top choices now I definitely recommend at least checking it out!”

“At first it was a rocky transition and with having my parking taken from me my first night during one of SoCal's first rainstorms, but other than that, once I got my footing in, it was good. Mrs. Elisabeth was truly a great support system for me at the community liaison department who helped me and guided me through things from the beginning and even today. I love my unit, my yard space, and the renovated XL Studio that I live in now. There are some minor flaws in the paint and wood, but it's not that bad. Neighbors are super nice, and it's a really pet friendly complex, which is amazing. Thank you, Mrs. Elisabeth, for all our help. It was a total mission to get to you from my leasing agent to the application department, and etc., a four-week process, but we are here, and it was worth it even though I was promised a move in date with not keys and had to wait four-five more days after.”
“Going on to month 2 being here and so far I’ve loved every bit of it, Matt has been outstanding from day one, maintenance staff has been quick to fix any small issue I’ve had, neighbors are great, very quiet neighborhood, moved her based on good reviews of the place and AMC and have yet to be disappointed. Biggest complaint I have is trash cans get overly full and can smell a bit at times, but that’s just being nit picky and having to walk past them every day. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends.”
“My time here at Monterra Springs was short but thanks to Anahi, it was very sweet. Anahi was insanely helpful and great to work with. Monterra Springs was clean, quiet, and had everything I was looking for from a complex. Also, PARKING! Having a dedicated parking spot is very key and it made coming home a breeze, knowing I didn't have to fight for parking. Everything in the unit was brand new, Nest AC (love that), and very spacious! I have huge furniture, and I still felt like I was able to move in my unit with ease. If you're looking for a place to live, I would highly consider looking here! Just ask for Anahi!!”

My family and I were able to transition from a stressful living situation to our new home and community at Cypress Park Apts in large thanks to Valerie and her efficiency. She made us feel welcome from our first tour of the beautifully renovated unit to the exciting moment when she handed us the keys. The grounds are clean, onsite laundry and parking are not an issue, and there are two pools, convenient community and business centers that are great for remote work. Valerie’s constant efforts to improve the community are apparent as well. Valerie and Jose, who handles the onsite building maintenance, make a great team. We are so happy here!”

“What an amazing property! The scenery and landscaping is off the charts beautiful and so close to EVERYTHING!! The leasing agent, Joanna, is incredibly accommodating. Moving from out of state, I had SO many questions and she never hesitated to help me with an easy going attitude and super knowledgeable efficiency. After moving in, there were a few things that needed attention in my unit and the maintenance guys (Jesus and Angel) have been so quick and professional about getting everything working perfectly. I literally feel like I live in a resort. If you are looking for a property in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area, I highly recommend Avenue of the Arts!!”
“After living in sooo many money hungry apartments that only care about their profit and loss I wanted to circle back (after not living at Sandpiper for a few years) to be sure and give them their proverbial flowers. This was my wife's and mine first apartment out of college and man did we hit the jackpot. It's been years and a few different apartment complexes and not a single one comes close to the community, kindness, and strength exhibited by Sandpiper. The apartments may not have central air, in unit washer and dryer, or a fancy apartment layout/location, but if I could go back and do things over I would never have moved.”
“Roger swung by today to see what was wrong with my Tesla charger, doorbell, and porch light. He is definitely a master of his craft. Best of all though is his kindness, willingness to go above, and rates. I know sounds cheesy but I was honestly surprised haha. Highly recommend and already recommended to another friend. I highly suggest at least obtaining a quote since he will most likely beat your electrician out of the water.”
“Moved in June with my girlfriend and this place is quiet in the morning, kids love being in the pool in the afternoons so that’s the only time you hear screaming and all but it’s great so far, the maintenance and the managers are really nice and are always their to help! The apartment was bigger then what we expected, the grounds are kept really neat and clean”
