“Moved in June with my girlfriend and this place is quiet in the morning, kids love being in the pool in the afternoons so that’s the only time you hear screaming and all but it’s great so far, the maintenance and the managers are really nice and are always their to help! The apartment was bigger then what we expected, the grounds are kept really neat and clean”

“My family moved into these apartments in 2005. The areas was horrible. We had people jump into our balcony and steal our thing quite a few times. My dads breaking point was when they stole his car and the previous manager "Dee" wouldn't even provide security footage then for the cops!! We where looking into moving but they changed the management personnel and "Felipe" came in as head manager. We started to notice he got rid of many many tenants that made the property ghetto. The place is still a bit trash outside but then again come on people we live in the hood for gods sake it's Stanton! Now as far as pest control goes, I see many people complaining about roaches. Now we are clean freaks and I can honestly tell you that we have never had a roach problem, as long as you're not leaving s*** s*** and being clean there shouldn't be a problem with pest. That depends on your cleanliness. I don't understand why there's all these negative comments with Felipe.... I think he doing his best with the damn place, cut him break.”

Beyond their cheerful attitudes, their problem-solving skills and genuine care for both the residents and the building truly set them apart. The maintenance team is the cherry on top. Alberto, with his warm smile, takes splendid care, keeping the building clean, and well maintained. Mahinor and Brian are absolute professionals. No matter what issue are in your unit, they handle it promptly and with exceptional attention to detail. These guys are incredibly awesome. The team at Prisma is made up of some of the best people you'll ever have the pleasure of working with. AJ and Andrew were super welcoming and understanding throughout the process of moving in and are super attentive to any issues we have! A huge shoutout to the maintenance team because they were super quick to reach out and fix whatever problem we had for our apartment (super nice as well)! I also love the fact that this apartment is dog friendly and has such walkable places nearby, I genuinely wouldn't want to live anywhere else! “I love the team led by the Volar apartment manager Toan. Everybody from the leasing office from Volar are so nice and they helped me a lot on my application and move-in. Cheryle, Shelby and Jon are very responsible for my apartment application, and answer my questions quickly via email and phone calls. They are enthusiastic to help the residents out, and you can feel free to ask them any questions. They also provide reasonable accommodations and fixed solutions since I was applying this apartment in a foreign country with huge time difference. Giselle and them also helped me a lot after my move-in. They are so nice and I’m having a very good time with Volar. Now I’m a resident now, they all provide the most convenient service for me. Really appreciate it!”

“I lived at this apartment complex for 16 months and overall had a very positive experience. The move-in and move-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the leasing office staff were consistently excellent. Maintenance team was always on point as well. One experience that really stood out to me was when I went to the office to ask about borrowing a dolly to move some heavy items, since I had been dealing with wrist pain. Steve immediately offered to help me move everything himself without hesitation. That level of kindness and resident support really speaks to how well the staff treats people here. My unit itself was clean, comfortable, and everything functioned properly throughout my stay. Same to be said with the amenities, the pool/jacuzzi and gym were always kept up nicely. The only downsides I experienced were related to other residents rather than management. For the first few months, my next-door neighbor regularly played loud music past 10 PM, which was disruptive. I also noticed that some residents do not clean up after their dogs, leading to waste and stains around the property, and there were occasional instances of dogs being off-leash. Toward the end of my lease, there was a recurring issue with a strong marijuana odor throughout the third-floor hallway near elevator #3 in the evenings. The property has a no-smoking policy, and while the leasing office sent reminder emails, the issue persisted. It would be great to see stricter enforcement or additional measures in place to address this concern. Overall, I enjoyed living here and had a good experience, especially due to the helpful and professional staff. With better enforcement of community rules, this would easily be an excellent place to live and I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat.”

“We have been here for 4 years and Service assistants Juan and Alex are amazing! Very hard workers and always respond quickly for repairs to anything in the home. We had a few bugs but they treated within a day or two every time- and I would say I have never seen a place so roach free as apartments go. Anayelli, the apartment manager is extremely helpful, kind, and a sweet person. She is easy to talk to and helps out if there is ever any problems. I really enjoyed living here and am sad to go. Aside from limited parking and some dog poo (people fail to pick up sometimes but the office hired new staff to clean it up) its awesome! everyone working here is amazing.”

“Going on to month 2 being here and so far I’ve loved every bit of it, Matt has been outstanding from day one, maintenance staff has been quick to fix any small issue I’ve had, neighbors are great, very quiet neighborhood, moved her based on good reviews of the place and AMC and have yet to be disappointed. Biggest complaint I have is trash cans get overly full and can smell a bit at times, but that’s just being nit picky and having to walk past them every day. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends.”

“Let me just start by saying that having moved here from my last complex, has been an ABSOLUTE blessing! Why? You ask? Well.. if I had to pick one specific answer, then I would have to say. "Sarah." The Kimberly Terrace Apartments Complex manager. Due to her highest level of professionalism, great customer service, along with impeccable punctuality, you pretty much have it made here. Sarah is just on top of it. You have a maintenance request, and she's got someone in your place no later than 24 hours. Issues with other tenants, she's immediately there to squash and amend. You can tell when someone truly loves their job, by the way that they show how much they care in doing it; and this is Sarah. This is a nice quiet complex with GROWN ADULTS who all just go about their lives and days. No drama. And always a smile and greet amongst other tenants in passing by. I made the PERFECT CHOICE when I came here. And you should do the same! I love it when. I walk through my front door, and enjoy 'my home'”
