I came up to the register with my drinks and asked her for a bag. She kept saying what , what. So I was focusing on opening the app first, but it’s not loading . She yelled at me, I CAN’T HEAR YOU! So I stopped and told her a bag. Then return to the app , she yelled at me again. I SAID …I told her to take the other customer first. First time she yelled at me I was annoyed and just want to let it go. The second time it ‘s too much. At Chevron, I hardly encounter any issues with rude and nasty staff yelling at customers . At ampm, the location on Brookhurst and Trask, there is an aggressive and rude lady . I thought it’s just that lady. But over here at this location, there is another aggressive one. What’s going on? I was here at 9:30 pm on May 12.

I spend close to $400 a week on gas here because of our four vehicles used for work, school, and errands. I wash my cars here every other week when I cannot make the bigger car washes. Last night I came in to get air for my wife’s car tires, and the employee says the manager took away the remote because of the homeless. I went across the street to the Shell and they gave attitude and said to get quarters. I went all the way to Chevron on Brookhurst and Chapman and the East Indian man was happy to help me. I am so disappointed with your manager at this location, you do not care about your paying customers and our loyalty to your store and employees. Paying people invest in the same people who invest in our neighborhoods. I will gladly take my business else where, so my wife and kids don’t have to bother your company when they need help or are stranded. This happened 5/1/2025. Your employees are good people, your manager needs to have a conversation with cooperate about customer care.

If I could put lower I would. I went inside told cashier I don’t have my glasses I can’t see the numbers and if she could help me and I pointed the direction and I told her last one on the furthest side and then she said you’re pointing at 11 and she was pointing. I saw the one, but I can’t see cause I told her I don’t have my glasses and I said is thaton the other side, the furthest side and she told me I’m talking about 12 so then I said OK and told her that I want to add $45 gas and a car wash then I put the pump in my car thinking gas was being pumped and was cleaning out my car so I was there the whole time thinking the gas was going in my car while cleaning out my car and then I went to the car wash drove off and then I saw I was on no gas I was running out of gas so I was like what like I just put $45. I went straight back and I told her it was number 16 not number 12 and she told me that it’s not her responsibility that I gave her the wrong number and I told her I didn’t give you any number I asked you for your help because I told you I don’t have my glasses. I can’t see the numbers and I pointed in the direction and she’s like you pointed that direction. I said no I pointed that way and I said the furthest one and when you told me 11 like I always told you I can’t see but I told you this one said 12 and I said OK because thinking she understood me, I literally had no gas. I had to get coins just to get home and be able to make it home no help whatsoever resolving the issue no manager’s available
