“Best bead finds! I found the most unique beads that can’t be found at Michael’s that look high end. Not only that. They were in the bargain bin so it was cheaper! This place is a gem for those who love precious stones and high end looking jewelry. They also gave me the best glue brand I have tried. Very easy one stop shop. No note saying short of staff or anything so just looks like it’s online for now::/ What a bummer I drove over an hour in terrible traffic to get here and was not expecting this and even Skipped a huge order I could’ve placed on Amazon a few days ago and would already have had to support a local small shop. “I was working on getting my jacket to be altered, and spot dyed. I found the buttons I liked and dye at Joanns where I couldn’t find anywhere else. The customer service here in Whittier is great. The lady that helped me was very helpful and she helped me find the material I wanted, and also gave me coupons so I can save more money. The structure of the building is big the outside It looks run down but with that said they are moving to a new location in La Habra ,they’re upgrading. They’re pretty well stocked but there’s some items because of the move are not coming in ,so you might want to call first .There’s plenty of parking with handicap stalls close to the front entrance.”
“I went to buy some stuff as well and picked up an online order around 5 p.m. today, 2/23/24, with James' assistance. James was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I find it hard sometimes to interact with strangers, but his friendly demeanor definitely made it such a comfortable interaction for me. Outstanding customer service; letting me know about coupons and how to save much more, making sure me and the other customers are doing okay is definitely such a plus! Also, I am not sure what the reviews are talking about, but I came to a clean, organized store. Perhaps they've caught it on a bad day when it was understaffed, but this location is just as awesome as the one in La Habra!”

“Alberto is amazing!! I came here a few months ago to pick up fabric for a photoshoot the following day. I was really stressed out because the online pickup was not loading/super slow & I was on a tight schedule. I wasn't able to find help with the in-store staff at the time or customer service over the phone. However, when I returned and Alberto was at the Fabric desk, he was SO helpful. I was able to pickup my order quickly and efficiently. He has a very positive attitude & genuinely seems like he wants to help out. Cherish employees like Alberto!! He is playing an integral roll in the company culture & customer experience here!”

“They did a great job on our front door's window. The metal between the glass was old and was splitting apart. The handyman (Steve) they sent was able to get all of the glass out in one piece (not an easy thing to do since it was in such disrepair). He hand cut a sturdy wood board to go into the slot where the window was meant to be while Beveldine repaired it. We were beyond pleased with how sturdy the temporary board was. It took a bit longer than expected to get the window back, but the metalwork had to be entirely redone. When the handyman reinstalled the window, we were so impressed! It looks amazing! He even added extra sealant when reinstalling the window to make it more sturdy than ever before! He was very nice too! Overall, getting the window repaired and having a handyman remove and reinstall it was cheaper than getting a new door of lesser quality, and we couldn't be happier with the results!”
