Bank of the West is a GOOD ban I have banked there for 7 years now and are completely satisfied with the Bank itself and the excellent service I have gotten. I would not for ANY reson.Bank somewhere else.

Horrible customer experience. I went to withdrawal money from a debit card that edd sent me. And they asked me a so many question such as where do I work? etc. Why do they have to asked me that? When I went to Bank of America they just asked me for my ID and sign receipt. Will no longer be doing business with this bank.
