Horrific customer service and completely inflexible with their requirements! It's as if once they get their money for an order, they really don't care about whether the customer receives the order or customer loyalty or anything. And are not willing to help customers beyond the minimum they are legally bound to provide.

I placed an order for Indonesian Rupiah (IDR 🇮🇩) and everything arrived in excellent condition—securely packaged, clean presentation, and fast delivery.
They also gifted me a 1000 Vietnamese Dông (VND🇻🇳) a very pleasant surprise.

Update:
Three hours after leaving my negative review I suddenly became a priority for the procurement team and got an automated email rejecting my sell request. No apology, no counteroffer which most would expect in a business transaction and not even a reply to this review over a week now.
At the time I left my negative review their company hadn’t received any reviews (be it good or bad) in three months. Immediately after my negative review posted the company received nine 5-star reviews in Google within a 10 hour time period (the same day) hoping to push my 1-star negative review out of sight to others. Even going as far as obtaining three more reviews the following Monday for good measure. Since, there has been zero reviews. It’s quite laughable, really. If you are going to attempt to manipulate your own company reviews for others exposing your bad business practices at least make it look natural and submit reviews little by little over a week or two time span. More so, you may want to take a beginner’s online SEO marketing course before Google bans your company listing for review manipulation. That is my two cents for the day!
Initial Review:
I have purchased multiple times over the last few years from BankNote World. Never had an issue buying although selling to them is an absolute joke. They have provided zero reply since the submit of my items through their website two weeks ago. I followed up with their “procurement” dept via email twice along with 4 phone calls with the last call requesting a manager callback that has now went over 3 days without a response. there is no direct contact to that side of the business which makes it worse. You can’t treat a once happy customer for years like crap and expect them to accept your failed customer support. Two weeks was ample amount of time to reply back to someone, respectfully. I suggest you remove the “sell to us” option from your website along with all your boasting company videos of your procurement team because it’s complete false hype based on my personal customer experience. Over the weekend I discovered their company isn’t BBB accredited, shocker! Would I recommend them now? Never! I’d rather pay twice the price than deal with their incompetence.
