To many homeless and drug attacks, I went there today and the new security isn't letting people take their backpack inside, I hope they'll be able to clean it up, can't even be safe and shop anymore, thank you to the new security team

Spent countless dollars adding 10 self check out kiosks yet keep most of them closed in order to make customers wait as long as possible. Keep half of the store locked up then take forever to show up and unlock it. AVOID

place to shop when you ONLY need to get groceries. 06/09/24 Sunday evening outside store looked better a little safer.No huge crowd hanging/living around.Noticed security driving around.✌️

This place needs a good and loving store manager. Current store manager and assistant manager care less. Every time I want to buy 1/2 dozen eggs two 1/2 dozen eggs stick together. Few times I told workers that said they come like that. What about take a knife cut them . They do not care. This Walmart needs a good manager or assistant manager who care. Today I wanted to buy 1/2 dozen eggs most of them were broken. And no body cares. End of my story .

Only two self check outs open all day. And only two cashiers working the lines. It’s been like this all week.

I shop at this location on a weekly basis. Today, I was having issues with one of the self checkout registers. James went out of his way and kindly assisted me. My Family and I will continue to shop here as we are very pleased with the exceptional customer service we have received.

I rate them 0 if I can.Bad customer service, they wouldn’t want to take back the return. Nobody wants to work, customer service give attitude when we want to return their product.

Customer service was fantastic and friendly. The homeless situation is my only complaint. And they really cant do much about that. Just have to go during the day where you can keep your eyes out for problems

Price in many cases lower than the mainstream grocery store, but you have to be very careful with freshness of fruits and vegetables. I not sure why but the meat lacks flavor. We are feeding 10, so this is one of the few options

At 6:45 pm, no shopping baskets! Store was busy! Had to cart looking thru parking lot.
No bags at self check out! Told by attendant they were out! No signs or anyone letting customers know?
Horrible customer service!!! What a shame all the improvements seem little to the poor customer service!!!

Since I wrote this post, I’ve been to Walmart since right after work and every time I go get a money order the girl has been there and she’s been very helpful so when I wrote this text, I was really pissed off and tired so it has worked out better now …. pretty happy with Walmart.
This is pretty crazy. The money order machine is not consistently working so I called once I got off of work and the girl said yes I’m open I leave at 3 o’clock. I get here at 2:45 The girl leaves to go to break and then she not coming back. what kind of mess is that? Why didn’t she just tell me I have to wait until after three??♀️??♀️??♀️
