Very rude and unprofessional. That's why my shop stopped using them. We switched to one stop and it has been way better.

There must have been a management change or some other significant change within the business because their delivery times have improved vastly, they have good inventory and prices now, and they're very helpful over the phone. I have begun to use Fast again for a lot of my business needs.

I suggest a name change. Slow Undercar sounds more accurate. Part deliveries take on average 1-1/2hrs to receive, if not more. When you're trying to get customers in and out quickly, they make sure you fail. We're supposed to have our oil filters restocked, and they've been working on it for months. They have been sending a new person every few weeks to check our inventory, and nothing ever comes out of it. Fast undercar is unprofessional, sluggish, and inefficient. Use literally any other part supplier and you'll be better off. IMC, worldpac, and (dare I say it) O'Reilly's are all winners.

I own a Auto Repair Shop in Westminster. You cannot find a more professional parts house then Fast Undercar. They really care about their customers, from the parts drivers to the owner, I have not experienced a better group of people. The service is amazing ( which is the most important for me), And have quality parts that are competitively priced.

We're a Auto Repair Shop in Huntington Beach and try to provide out customers the best quality parts available with the fastest possible turn around time (our public transportation sucks). Fast Undercar has always gone above & beyond to get us the correct part the first time. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how you deal with your mistake that separates you from everyone else. We at Coastline in HB have nothing but praise for everyone at Fast.

Ever wanted a nice and convenient way to order parts or find out information about your vehicle and how to diagnose your vehicles symptoms? Look no further, this place is your one-stop-shop! My first visit was smooth and easy. I spoke with Jose (Joe) Franco and he's one of the most knowledgeable car specialists around. He quickly found the parts I needed for my car and quoted me on the spot. This made my life easier, since I didn't have to deal with a commercial store and fumble around making sure the right part was indeed in-stock or correct. He even provided a time frame for when the parts would arrive and be ready. Everyone was friendly when I walked-in and you can tell they have just about any part(s) you need (the warehouse is huge) for their huge inventory. I'll for sure continue to use this business for all my automotive needs and you can be sure to speak with a live person, since they have an in house call center. Happy car parts buying!

You might be better off to go to Autozone, Napa or any other parts supply. These guys do not honor warranties according to the mechanic I used. Total Car Care of Huntington Beach they even went as far as to conspire with the mechanic shop owner. Recently I had a gear box replaced after 5 months of originally being replaced. The mechanic charged me for parts stating he isn't being reimbursed by fast undercar warranty. I called fast undercar of Garden Grove and spoke to Roger who stated he would look into it and call me back. After he called the shop owner he returned my call and said the company warranties the parts. Duh! It's plastered on your website. However, upon picking up my vehicle I get charged for the gear box yet again. My advice, I wasn't given the option of parts choices from my mechanic but don't waste you money on cheap parts with our without a warranty. Ask what parts are being used and what the warranty is. Best case do what I did in the end and demand OEM replacements. Follow up review...I called Fast Undercar's corporate office in Ventura and spoke to Victor. Awesome guy very helpful. He helped by contacting his branch location and attacking this issue head on. He called me back promptly and guaranteed all parts are warrantied. He went as far as to contact the manufacturer to see what may have caused the parts failure. Turns out it is most likely poor quality installation. Only possible cause is contamination of the fluid breaking down the o-rings internally. The mechanic likely cut corners, did not flush the lines and system as instructed in the installation guidelines. Ultimately, after all of this the mechanic called to inform me that he owed me approx half of my money back and that I could come pick it up at my convenience. I still only get this company a mediocre rating as I believe Roger at Fast Undercar was looking out for the mechanic and not representing his company's best interest.
