“This review is based on the problem my M and P 9c. Take down lever was not staying down but instead flip back up. Brought it in and they fix it Turn around time about a week if I'm not mistaken. Now is much easier to dissemble firearm now that take down lever stays down.”
“The service at AFAB is great. The owner Dave and his wife are fantastic to deal with. Joey is super knowledgeable about the products, and happy to take time to answer all your questions. One of the great things about this shop is the accessibility, and the approach to display everything out in the open. I've been to several other shops in OC that run more like a jeweler, keeping the selection under lock and key and only pulling one or two items out at a time for you to handle. This is the only way to run a shop. I will no doubt be back in the future.”

I came here via Google Maps search. They just happened to be open and no traffic, so I drove down from L.A. The place is small. But the service & patience is big. The staff is nice.They have both personal and professional experience and personal thoughts to share without pressure. Originally thought I'd go simple. But wound up walking out with something much nicer. Didn't have to wait hours. Literally less than 5 min to get help. I'm a customer for life.”

“I'm fighting an unconstitutional CCW scheme out of Riverside County where sheriff Chad Bianco is acting like he's pro second amendment but he's not. CRPA and Michele and Associates are helping me to start a suit against Riverside for using Arbitrary rules and subjective standards. Remember Chad Bianco is a politician and not a real sheriff. I'm going to expose this. Thank you CRPA for fighting for the rights of Californians. I was denied my CCW based only on the name I use Dawud. My investigator was very rude to me and brought up my YouTube channel which back then only had me speaking on morality and videos of me Pulling, splicing, and testing fiber optics cable. He mentioned my YouTube name and I could tell he didn't like it and is more than likely anti semitic and hates Arabic people because when he mentioned my name he made it sound kind he caught me doing something wrong. I just responded "Yeah I have YouTube. It's just a hobby and I enjoy making videos". Next thing you know after 1 year of waiting for CCW I get an email I was denied. I spoke to the front office the other day and they confirmed yes they are getting many calls in regards to denials and Riverside is one of the top offenders. Also they are turning away trainers for CCW classes and only want certain people to hold the monopoly in the market. I spoke to a trainer one day at a gun show and he said the same guy who runs the CCW unit who was my investigator was being a real jerk and was rude to him. Join, donate and volunteer for CRPA. They are making a difference in California.”

The guys are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful.It was unfortunate that they had to close shop for a while and I had to wait for my tb-9 upper, however I got in touch with Lorenzo and he made sure to speedily fix the issue and get me out my upper and even ship it to me. “Simple and short got a ar-10 had some problems with it, wasn't a complete build by them. Keep that in mind. Reached out they told me to bring it in, and I couldn't due to my busy schedule. They gave me some tips to try and fix the issue on my own. It only worked for one range day. Reached out again and they asked again if I could come on down and I was able to get down there. Super nice, took the time to go over what could be wrong, give me more insight on gun smithing. Let me sit in the office and told me if anything I wanted to see they would let me hold, all awhile they looked and made sure my ar-10 was fine tuned and good to go. You do have to contact them through email and they will call, kinda sucks but they are a small business and I understand. After the email they will call. Buy there products you will won't regret it.”
“About 5 years ago I was down and out and had to pawned my favorite guitar. I couldn't pay the loan back and due to losing my job. Frank called and let me know that he had held on to it for me after all these years knowing that 1 day I'd get back on my feet and be able to get my guitar back. Peter Hernandez theTech manager was absolutely wonderful he fixed it and let me watch him fix it tuned it up sighted it in and educated me on air gun technology. Absolutely fabulous gentleman and excellent service. This was all done within an hour and he was kind enough to do it at the end of his day.”
“I've had no issues at all at this location. I've only dealt with the two main employees the woman and the man that I believe are married in their early 50's. They always have been nice to me, are FULLY versed in gun-laws (I saw a review on here that makes no sense based off my experience), and are pretty fair on prices. They don't bend much on the prices, like most pawn shops, but they aren't super outgoing friendly like some people may like, however they're nice enough and are serious as they should be. They remind me of people from the mid-west, people from California are d-bags and they aren't ones to talk about people being friendly or nice. But yeah, ignore the negative reviews, just because they're not trying to go over the moon with customer service doesn't mean they deserve a bad review.”

“I visited Pro Force recently to purchase a few items and I recommend this shop to other first responders/LEOs looking to get gear for work. I went as a walk in, though it might have been a better idea to call ahead and book an appointment. It took a while to be seen by the staff, but in all honesty, there were only a couple of staff members available, and since they focus on each individual customer, I knew that my patience would pay off. These folks work hard, and they have a lot of details to manage, so I would suggest cutting them some slack if they're a bit tired and aren't as friendly as someone who works at Macy's (as first responders/LEOs, I'm sure we've all been there, right?). That being said, my experience was a good one. The staff was professional and helpful. I will definitely come back.”
