Ok so my customer rented a pressure washer, once I returned it they said her card was declined. She called and HD said it's good. Now I'm standing here, and the "store manager" is clueless! Time is money and this store is by far the worst. I've worked in 5 states!

I went into the store looking for a pretty unique item. I really couldn't even describe it. Anyway, there were 2-3 Home Depot employees by the door as I walked in. The two men kind of looked away like they were busy. But one employee named Vivian stepped up to the plate ready to work. We looked at several different isles for the item. Keep in mind this was near closing time in about 5 mins. We didn't find the part but she was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I was honestly really impressed. I told her manager Chris on the spot but needed to put this in writing. Thanks Vivian for your knowledge, generosity and you had a real tenacity to find this item or even fugue out what I needed. I commend you! You were so natural and easy to talk with. Most of the time the employees make us feel like we are bothering them but they have to understand that not everyone who goes in the store works in that industry. Some out diy husbands trying to figure things out. I think I am better at working on the car but I have ventured into more tasks around the house. A little encouragement from employees like Vivian give you that little kick to fix stuff and each time you get a little better. Awesome employee!

Evelyn Captain of Events was my secret Santa this year!!! I came in looking for the Grinch tree and found a sad little dried up tree by the register. I was told there weren’t anymore but I decided to ask one more person and there she was! She was able to guide me to a rack that was hidden between these ginormous (small) palm trees, and found a tree that was exactly what I was looking for. I was actually hesitant to ask her for help because she looked like she was hustling trying to get her work done, but
she was very pleasant and approachable. Thank you so much, Evelyn!
