I went into the store looking for a pretty unique item. I really couldn't even describe it. Anyway, there were 2-3 Home Depot employees by the door as I walked in. The two men kind of looked away like they were busy. But one employee named Vivian stepped up to the plate ready to work. We looked at several different isles for the item. Keep in mind this was near closing time in about 5 mins. We didn't find the part but she was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I was honestly really impressed. I told her manager Chris on the spot but needed to put this in writing. Thanks Vivian for your knowledge, generosity and you had a real tenacity to find this item or even fugue out what I needed. I commend you! You were so natural and easy to talk with. Most of the time the employees make us feel like we are bothering them but they have to understand that not everyone who goes in the store works in that industry. Some out diy husbands trying to figure things out. I think I am better at working on the car but I have ventured into more tasks around the house. A little encouragement from employees like Vivian give you that little kick to fix stuff and each time you get a little better. Awesome employee!

There was a lady who didn’t know how to handle returns without receipts. She should have used my credit card I used to look up my receipt.

I usually complain about Home Depot customer service.... NOT HERE! Sometimes it gets slow but that's because it's crowded. Fast action people at the Pro Desk, always on point, Garden department is always helpful and they actually help u take heavy stuff out to ur / truck ...! Also the tool rental department very helpful and quick set As of July 2019 definitely have to say the so called "customer service " desk is officially s*** every goddamn time I go it's always something. Last time the fat b**** got annoyed with me because I didn't haul in 18 6x6x16 blocks and I asked her to please get a forklift guy to carry it off along with 2 heavy wooden pallets that I was returning. "Can't you haul it in ?" The b**** asked with an attitude. Well all that s*** is f****** heavy and this b**** wants me to drag it in by myself???? TF? Walking outside to check ain't gonna kill the fat b**** it will actually do her some good looking like she around she around 350lbs. And I always get b******* from the other two that are usually there I don't know how they seem to know I'm in a hurry but it seems that every time I need to get out fast I get more B******* like all of a sudden they can't find a purchase from a day before or all of a sudden it's a big deal that something was bought at a different store. F*** everyone working customer service desk at this store. I still love everyone in gardening and the pro desk especially. But really F*** everyone at the customer service desk

I generally a have a great experience at this Home Depot but today was exceptional. I had some questions and Adam in the garden department was really helpful. I asked him to check a price on an item that was slightly damaged and he was able to get me a substantial discount. Also he helped us choose some other items, and when we came back with our truck to pick up the big items we had purchased, Adam was there to help us load up. Also Darlene in customer service was friendly and helpful and very sweet. I love this Home Depot!

This review is based on the nursery only, excellent customer service. But the plants are in bad shape especially the ones inside/house plants. But did find a good selection of cactus and succulents.

I needed some wall anchors and thought I would look at the curtains while I was there. Two employees misdirected me to the wrong place for wall anchors which I eventually found by wandering around. Then I interrupted the personal conversation of three more employees who were standing around, to ask where the curtains were. Two of them pretended not to hear me and the third did not know what curtains were. She then looked up curtains on the Home Depot app and showed me the ones they sell online but could not tell me what aisle they are stocked in. I felt the entire staff were unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Overall socialization was much more of a priority than assisting customers. It seemed they stood talking amongst themselves in groups of 2-3, paying very little attention to their surroundings in the store, let alone shoppers.

So I wanted to rent a multi position ladder from their tool rental department. I had checked online to see the availability of said ladder and called the actual store to make sure. Not only did I get transferred from department to department for like 10 minutes, but once I finally got through to the tool rentals I was told they did in fact have my ladder. So I drive to the store to rent the multi position ladder and After waiting around for another 20 minutes I'm told that they did not have one and that their online availability is incorrect. What the hell is the point of an online system if it's not correct. What really grinds my gears is that I took the extra step to call and check in with the actual store. I wouldn't come back here. They will just tell you BS and you won't get what you are actually looking for. Looks like I will have to find my ladder elsewhere. I'll be going to Lowe's from now on.

Hey! I just wanted to give a shout out about the service we received from Westley in the flooring Dept. We came in for artificial turf and the roll we wanted didn't have enough, and the loading dock was packed and they couldn't get to a new roll. He offered an alternative and we left happy with just what we needed for our project! Nice job Westley!

Been here a few times since my last review and there were noticeable improvements to their staff - unfortunately those improvements were inconsistent. Some departments had extremely helpful staff, ready to jump in at a moments notice. Other departments had staff that almost seemed like they were hiding from you or avoiding your questions. Look, I get it, it's retail - retail isn't fun. But if you don't want to be there, quit and give your job up to the people who want to be there.

I wish I could give this place -5 stars. This Home Depot is seriously sh*t. I bought a washer & dryer on 9/30 to have it delivered 10/20. The delivery team bolted the washer to the dryer and moved it to the side. My contractor did the connection on a later date. My house construction completed on 11/10 so it was not until 11/12 I was able to try the machines out. My washer shakes violently. It shook so hard it came out of the nook it was placed in (contractor built an area where a standard stackable washer and dryer fit) and spilled the two, large stacked appliances into the hallway. Had my daughter been there... she would have been seriously hurt. I called in and talked to store manager Brian/Bryan. He's very rude, condescending and likes to speak over people. I am sure he believes he has won that right with making $50K a year managing a retail store. You go, Bryan/Brian. He told me someone would call me the next day to service my item. Can you believe it? They are servicing a product that did not work the first day it was turned on. The product is not even 2 weeks old and they have to service it. Why? Because HOME DEPOT ONLY HAS A TWO DAY RETURN POLICY. YUP! Ask Brian the almighty store manager. You can ask Ryan at customer service too. He has no idea about the products they sell. He says GE comes out to fix Whirlpool washers "or whatever". Also, if your items go on sale, you have 48 hours to price match, if they want to. It's the customer service department's discretion. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A LANDSLIDE. GO TO BEST BUY! BEST BUY IN WESTMINSTER RETURNED MY DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR AND GOT ME A NEW ONE DELIVERED A WEEK LATER. HARDLY ANY QUESTIONS ASKED! HOME DEPOT SUCKS! THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THEY HAVE SUCH INCOMPETENT COLLEGE REJECTS WORKING THERE!!! But, I digress. If you want to waste your money, shop Home Depot, but if you want to boost your intelligence confidence, go talk to Brian and Ryan. Thank you for joining my Ted Talk.

Im not gonna point anyone out but I asked for help at an aisle, the employee asked someone next to him to help me, that employee told him to help me, in the end I didnt get any help and they both walked away, so stupid
