Very high priced storage facility! I felt taken advantage of, the clerk wouldn't let me write down any price quotes,(really? why?) After agreed price on 12'x20' she added administrative FEE=$29.00, insurance Fee=$15.00, lock purchase =$13.00 plus $83.77 for last week of the month of September,$359.00 for October ! For a total $503.27 for 5 weeks! I am also a 70yr.old senior entitled to a 10% senior discount that I didn't see until she gave me the bill and had already charged my debit card! When I asked for my discount, she said "too late! It's already paid for,I can't do anything"! Total bullshit! Just a lazy 'heavyset' woman obviously on commission or ? I paid it because I was in a pinch, but I'll never rent there again! She never mentioned the fees, the insurance, and she took my DL so it was obvious I was a senior,! but she never even mentioned it to me! Last time I use this place ever@

Clean place, extremely helpful management that is willing to show u around so that you get what you want, metal walls and able to double lock, alarms on every unit.Currently looking to upgrade to a bigger unit with instorage.

Straight forward storage place. Simple and has what you need from a storage place.I like the feature of them lending you a moving truck to move your items into their storage facility.

I just signed up today to rent a 10 x 30 space. Genesis helped to get everything set up. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a high level of expertise. It's nice to experience a business that was so effortless to get started. She's a gem and a wonderful representative of this business.
