“I never really go to laundromats so I don't have any others to compare it to but this one was clean, well organized, and felt safe. You load money onto a laundry card (machine accepts card and cash I think) and swipe it on whichever machine you would like to use. They have washers of different sizes (1-4 loads) and plenty of large dryers. A 3 load machine was about $3.30. The dryer was about $1 per 24 minutes. Make sure to adjust your machine settings before paying. The machine appears to lock until it completes its cycle so you don't have to worry about anyone accessing your clothes while you wait. It's nice that they have large rolling baskets to transport your clothes and counters to fold your laundry on. They even have WiFi, a small lounge area to wait in, and vending machines with laundry supplies and snacks!”
“Amazing customer service.
It was really busy and a few dryers were open, but they were only accepting quarters at the time. I was about to walk out with my wet clothes. When the older lady that worked their asked if I needed help, I told her the situation and she was able to get me some quarters so I can finish drying my clothes.
And even for how busy it was, the place looked really clean and neat.I will definitely be returning to this location”
“The BEST and CLEANEST laundromat I have ever been to! Just see the pics for yourself. Did laundry here for the first time last night and boy was this place spotlessly clean. Did not see a single broken machine. Lots of seating nicely placed in between certain areas. Really clean bathroom! Who ever owns or is operating this place definitely knows to run and take care of a business! Definitely my new #1 ranked laundromat I’ve ever been to. Overall 5+ ⭐️”

“I recently moved to the area and had to find new shops for all my needs, and I'm so glad I found this place for alterations and dry cleaning. I found them on Yelp, and let me tell you, they live up to their amazing reviews!
First of all, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I needed a dress dry cleaned on short notice, and while most places would have said no, they were willing to see what they could do. Jazmine is especially wonderful when it comes to alterations. I'm on the shorter end, so I often need my dresses altered. She listens carefully to what you're looking for and ensures everything fits just right.
Their prices are very reasonable, especially given the high-quality service. I truly felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the area!”
“No Poop Stains is the best wash and fold service in the area. They pay attention to detail and fold and organize your clothes so it saves time putting your clothes back in the closet. All of my underwear and bras are always folded neatly and sorted in its own stack from my partner’s, who has her own stack! It used to take me 1 hour to put away my laundry when I used other services and now it only takes 30 minutes because of the care the NPS staff puts into thoughtfully separating my clothes from that of my partner’s. The app used to put in a laundry order is incredible user friendly, and you can do everything you need within the app, like provide payment, instructions for washing and folding, where to pickup/drop off laundry, when to pickup/drop off. Laundry pickup and drop off times are always on point, and their service times are insanely fast - most times within 24 hours but sometimes it takes a bit longer if they have a lot to do. What stands out most about NPS is their customer service and integrity. You can text the staff/owner about concerns you have without having to talk to someone on the phone (anti social millennial here). I have lost cash left in my pockets at other laundromats and it was not returned to me - but NPS returns everything - even $400 worth of cash! Ed and the crew are honest hardworking people who actually care about people and getting laundry done right.”

Great value, comfortable, Mexican restaurant next door plus donut house, all you could want vending machine, ample room for folding, kiosk for changing credit card $ into machine debit card. They also have home pickup and delivery for per/pound wash/folding.”

“Super clean and cheap . Cheapest wash $1.75 and dryers are 25¢ for 12 minutes . Most expensive wash is $5.00 but you can fit a good amount of things. Also has vending machines for snacks and laundry goods. Laundry takes quarters only and only accepts $1 and $5 bills for quarters . Best laundry out there tbh.Update : washers went up an extra 50¢.”

“These guys are the nicest most trustworthy, kind, hard-working people you will ever come across. I started living nearby a couple of years ago and so I brought my stuff in. There just so easy to work with if you need something stitched up or a button reattached it anything, they will do it for you usually with no cost but they are just so accommodating and go above and beyond. Recently I brought in a purse that I needed fixed because it was beloved to me and I bought it in Mexico. My shoe repair guy wouldn’t even try to fix it. Just some leather stitching issues. Not only did Action fix it but they cleaned the inside as well. These people are just good human beings. Go to them for all of your dry cleaning needs.”
“I had an expensive, chiffon beaded dress that I had dropped a cup 7 up on. The whole front was stained. I didn't want to take any chances with cleaners. I looked at all the reviews, and found Family Cleaners Whittier had very good reviews. He was friendly and welcoming. He explained that sugary sodas were touchy, but that he could do it. He charged me $10 less than he was going to, $25. When I picked it up, it was perfect, just like new. I was thrilled to have it back to its beautiful state. I would highly recommend this cleaners, especially for delicate things.”

“One of the cleanest if not the cleanest laundry in OC. The area is always clean and well- maintained. Everytime I do my laundry here , I always see Mari wiping the machines, making sure no spills on the floor. I highly recommend this place and during the week you come between 5 to 9 am, you get free drying! Awesome!”

We had an upcoming wedding to attend and needed my husband and two sons' suits dry cleaned and altered. We reached out to Kevin and Becky and they immediately responded and answered all of our questions over the phone.My husband and sons got fitted and dropped off the suits. “I did a small Google search for cleaners and got a big surprise when my suit came back!!! Just absolute perfection!!! Got grease stains out that were already set in for days. Then it got better, got blood stains from my dog's accident out of my white shirt...I couldn't believe it! Not to mention Al provided some serious customer service, treated me like family. I'm not going anywhere, ever lol!”

The house was quite dirty but they went above and beyond and left our home very nice and clean. We are going to have them come every 3 weeks in order to keep up with the house cleaning. “Service is always very friendly no matter who is on the register. Our clothes always are ready very promptly and look wonderful. It's a longer drive for us to get to the cleaners but was not happy with the service that was available in our immediate neighborhood. So we tried Kona and have been very pleased with it since. They did a wonderful job with our Chinese quilt as well. Plan in the future to entrust them with our down comforter. Mahalo!
Had our down comforter and cover cleaned. They did a wonderful job and very quickly so we were able to get them back before we left on vacation. We take all our vacation clothes there and they are finished very quickly and in excellent condition. We even had a pair of shoes they fixed up to look like new! Always very friendly service, they remembered our names after a couple of visits and treat us like valued customers. It's a little bit out of our way to go there but the quality and service can't be beat after dealing with local cleaners that were less than satisfactory. Highly recommend Kona!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Small place, you'll have a better experience if you avoid busy times. They keep the place clean and prices are fair. Some of the washers smell, but I imagine this unavoidable in public laundromats. Vagrants do wonder in, sometimes, to ask for money.”
