I went to this dealership today to check out a car. At first, the sales staff were friendly and welcoming. But when it came to discussing the final numbers, things completely changed.
They suddenly added an extra “accessories fee” on top of the listed price — when I asked what exactly this included, no one could clearly explain it. Later, they even tried to justify it by showing me some random “insurance clause,” saying that’s just how they make their profit.
Buying a car should be based on honesty and mutual respect. If you don’t want customers to negotiate, then don’t lure them in with a low advertised price and raise it later with hidden charges. Transparency and integrity are basic business ethics.
The worst part was the manager’s attitude — extremely rude, unprofessional, and even used foul language when the deal didn’t go through. Totally unacceptable behavior.
If you plan to buy a car here, be prepared for sudden markups and zero respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We drove from Minnesota to California to buy a van from this dealership. Just a few miles off the lot, the van had serious mechanical issues. We returned it right away, but it was a struggle to get our money back — and to this day, the loan still hasn’t been canceled. Now I’m seeing other people from out of state reporting the same issue. Be very careful before buying here — especially if you’re traveling a long distance.

Bought a truck here…. They only gave me 1 key, won’t wash the car, and won’t fill the tank before giving me the truck…. Not the nicest people when it come to buying a truck I don’t know if anything else they say is true… I feel mislead… I would avoid…
