I brought a package here to be sent to my home address back in February. The lady in front didn’t have time to box it up in front of me so she just took everything in back and charged me for ground shipping. The package never made it to me - according to them UPS contacted me and I never responded which isn’t true. I lost my receipt and my license in that exchange so I figured it had been lost. Then I get a phone call that it was shipped back and I must pay $180 some dollars to have it packaged and shipped again. I said I don’t think that is right after all of this and the manager stuck to his guns and also said he was going to charge me $5 a day for storage. It would cost me almost $400 when all is said and done and that is ridiculous. They can keep the package. Horrendous customer service - and then to charge $35 for more packaging? What? Yeah, no. I definitely prefer fed ex to this absolute crap show!!

15 dollars for a cardboard box is absurd.
If it wasn’t for the shipping being covered by the buyer, the total would have been more.
Please explain to me why a PAPER THIN CARDBOARD BOX costs 15 dollars???

Terrible customer service. Cathy is terrible. The store was completely empty and she simply could not help me to print a sheet of paper. Very shady lady she just wants to do the bare minimum. God forbid someone asks her to open the door for them cause she’ll say that’s not her job. Avoid at all costs

I just return an iPhone for its battery issue with original mail box. The lady clerk changed me $10.57 for label and packaging. I remember this store clerk were very nice and friendly usually print label without any charge.
