I went to the Stanton Post Office today for my passport application and had a great experience. I had everything ready—my application was already printed. However, the passport clerk noticed a small error that we had missed.
She was incredibly helpful and allowed me to correct the mistake on the spot. I filled out a new application, and even with the delay, she still took me in during my scheduled appointment time.
I really appreciated her attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. This kind of service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for passport services!

Waste of time!
There was a big sign say “apply passport here” but no sign saying check in at other window. The staff saw us standing there the whole time but didn’t say anything because she was busy chitchatting with a customer. And then they told me i was too late and they could only do one application ( we have two). If the time was tight, stop chitchatting and do your job.

Only one person working there— the lady at the mail desk have bad attitudes and services — unfriendly and illiterate will give problems with passport and make up issues to avoid or delay time. Worst place to schedule! They combine mailing line with passport no printer lack accommodation, and then go to another window after waiting in line !

Avoid applying for passport here, even if you get an appointment. The lady here wasted my appointment time slot with prior applicant and lied to my face that I was late even though I was there in line the whole time waiting.I asked to talk to the Supervisor who would show up after 20 mins wait, probably waited for me to leave. I even asked to check your video recording that I am telling the truth and they closed window on me. Very disappointed with the behavior. I hope my review would help other people save there time by avoiding this place.

Horrible customer service! No tape or pens only for purchase! If I'm spending my hard earned money at your business I expect you to provide me with a strip of tape, a box and a drop of ink! To mail my box!

I was nervous after reading all those negative reviews. Our experience was very positive. We came in with our three kids to renew their passports on 6/18/24 at 10:45. Patty did a great job. She finished all three passport renewals in less than an hour. She was efficient and polite at the same time. Thank you.

Came in today in the morning 1/2/2023 to drop off a three packages. The latina lady working the front desk had a disgusting attitude. I love it when i deal with rude people. It makes me wonder how pathetic their life is outside of their job to treat a member of the public without the outmost respect.I told the lady to give me three separate receipts for each package. To which she said "too late". Laziness never surprises me. Whoever the post master at this location is, you need to train these public employees (remember who pays for their living - tax payers) better.

This is a horrible post office . Francene gave me her direct number and the Asian man that works here very rudely told me I cannot call. Then hung up on me. This is the same man that tried to blame the seller for a very expensive package that this Stanton Post Office lost. They also always deliver our packages to the wrong address/mailbox or put packages that I cannot retrieve out because they are stuck in our small mailbox. And I had a problem with one of the mailman from this location delivering packages straight to my door a handful times when he was supposed to deliver to the mailbox. It creeped me out greatly. Always some kinda problem. This is a horrendous location and most of the workers here are just not it. I wish we had a better local post office.
