“I was very pleased with the service and care we received. I thought my cat had a broken leg but was calmed right away by the doctor. I brought her back in a couple days later for something else. He ask a lot of questions then explained things to me that he was concerned about with my cat. I received two follow-up calls from the doc inquiring status of my cat. This is not something I am used to. Highly recommend this clinic. Only downside was, they work by appointment only so I couldn't just walk in and wait for an opening. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment though.”

“I have been bringing my dog here for about 5-6 years now and I must say, this is one of the best veterinary clinics I have ever been to. The entire team is so warm and welcoming, and my dog & I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Pador is incredibly thorough, listens to your concerns without rushing through the visit, and is always open to answering questions. I have a miniature poodle with lifelong issues, and I can honestly say this place has been his saving grace numerous times. I love this place. I live 1 hour away now, and I still bring my dog here because they’re so worth it! You’ll never feel bullied into approving unnecessary procedures/tests, you’ll just be given information and alternatives that don’t guilt you. I take care of people for a living, but I have even more respect for those who take care of our pets. 10/10 I would recommend this place.”

“It’s a fine enough place but I don’t know why I had to pay $60 for the vet to check my dog heart beat just to pay $200 for flea meds? The vet didn’t do any kind of real check up on the dog. It’s probably not just this vet that does it I’m sure so I don’t want to just blame this staff, they’re good. My wife usually takes care of this stuff, I got too much time on my hands”

“We had a great experience with this hospital. Everybody including the staff are very nice, they were all caring and they know what they are doing. The cost is so affordable and they are also giving promos. The vet is genuinely caring for the pets and helping pet owners get an affordable price with great service. The care, kindness and overall service they provide are worth it. We live 30 mins away and we would be willing to travel this far and make them our primary hospital to our 5 pets (2 dogs, 3 cats).

“We've brought our pets here since 2020 and I can't reccomend a better vet. Our dog Roxie has been seen by tons of vets over the years but he was the first to notice the health issues that were so apparent after he explained them to us. We've taken all of our dogs here since and even after moving an hour away, we make the trip to see Doctor Ash. He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. He was patient with our dogs who were terrified of vets, understood their body language and how to approach. And with my dog who has no fear of the vet, he gets right to it and still treats my boy with respect. We will never go to another vet again! ?❤️”

“I want to recommend Dr. Lizzie who took care of my ball python with a very dramatic neck injury.

Dr. Lizzie showed a great ability to handle a snake, plus she got her injury cleaned and stitched,and I even got a radiography of her bones. My python healed wonderfully thanks to her!

She is also super kind and very patient to answer all my questions and explain with detail. Everyone working there was the same.

The prices were not cheap but I know you can trust your pets with them. And book with time, they have a fully-booked schedule.”

“After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.”

“I cannot recommend Back Bay enough! I was first recommended this place by my friend. I brought in one of my dogs to get a second opinion since another vet had diagnosed my dog with neurological issues and would need an MRI. Dr. Estefan examined my dog and caught that my dog had a kidney (and other organ) issue. I was so thankful that I got a second opinion because I would have spent so much on an MRI. Dr. Estefan took his time with my dog in the examination room and was so kind to him. He was patient and very informative. He would recommend products that he would use on his own dogs. Dr. Estefan had made recommendations that best fit my dog which were a blood and urine test and then an ultrasound. I had countless questions concerning my dog, and Dr. Estefan would never hesitate to answer my questions. Because of Dr. Estefan, my dog is in a much better state and hopefully will live a longer life. Thank you so so much, Dr. Estefan. Thank you to Dr. K as well! He was able to inform me that my dog has arthritis and he made sure to only provide necessary services. I feel like other vet places will make you get multiple products to treat your dog, but Dr. K was different. He believes in natural support to help, and I appreciate that. He was so nice and funny. I wanted to also shout out some other individuals from here. Thank you to Adrian for being so kind and patient to my dogs. Thank you to Lexi for taking care of my dog when he was there for the ultrasound. Thank you to Jessica for being patient and willing to answer my questions. “After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy.We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers.We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible.From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are.Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.”
