“Brought my golden retriever Daisy for the first time and the ladies at the front desk Sylvia and Pam were very friendly and nice. Took in my dog to get a routine health check up. I met with Dr. Kavanough and she was very informative on the needs of my dog based off her current age, what I feed her and her physical activities. She got updated on her shots and they even gave me a can of dog food for older dogs to try out which my dog loved. I would recommend this place and give them the benefit of the doubt.”

“I have been bringing my dog here for about 5-6 years now and I must say, this is one of the best veterinary clinics I have ever been to. The entire team is so warm and welcoming, and my dog & I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Pador is incredibly thorough, listens to your concerns without rushing through the visit, and is always open to answering questions. I have a miniature poodle with lifelong issues, and I can honestly say this place has been his saving grace numerous times. I love this place. I live 1 hour away now, and I still bring my dog here because they’re so worth it! You’ll never feel bullied into approving unnecessary procedures/tests, you’ll just be given information and alternatives that don’t guilt you. I take care of people for a living, but I have even more respect for those who take care of our pets. 10/10 I would recommend this place.”

“It’s a fine enough place but I don’t know why I had to pay $60 for the vet to check my dog heart beat just to pay $200 for flea meds? The vet didn’t do any kind of real check up on the dog. It’s probably not just this vet that does it I’m sure so I don’t want to just blame this staff, they’re good. My wife usually takes care of this stuff, I got too much time on my hands”

“We took our 12 week Golden Retriever puppy to County Line to see Dr Lee. What a great Vet! Our appointment was on time, kind and courteous, and an overall great experience. Dr Lee looked over Zack carefully, and helped us (as new puppy owners) feel confident and at ease with all our questions. i.e. vaccine schedules, puppy biting, feeding, and upcoming visits. The field of veterinary care is so challenging... and County Line Vets do it so well. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”

“I called around to many Vets to find decent prices when I was a first got my dog. And I am so glad I selected them. They are great. The doctor is very patient, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The assistants and front desk personnel are also very nice and helpful. It has been almost 14 years and still highly recommend them. I've never had a bad experience.
Their caring nature became even more evident when my doggie was diagnosed with diabetes. They have been so caring toward her and patient with all the questions I had. They always assist me with a friendly attitude and smile whenever I have a concern. Definitely very happy I stuck with them”

“My doggies are my world so finding a vet that I trust with my girls is a big deal. I took them for teeth cleanings last week and it went great. I was a mess because I was so worried about the general anesthesia but the vet tech, I think her name is Abby? She was great. Kept me posted the whole day. I think I had the hardest time with their procedure because they did great but I was a nervous wreck. Needless to say it took a lot to make that appointment and the only reason I did was because I trust the Doctor here. He is great and I know my girls were in good hands.”

“It's so nice to find a small, independent clinic with friendly, knowledgeable, professional, yet approachable veterinary staff! After my previous vet moved out of state I was on a quest to find a vet that was not a part of a huge and pricey conglomerate and provided quality care. Since my dogs are active in a variety of dog sports it's also an added bonus if the vet understands some of the challenges involved with competitive dog sports. This clinic fits those needs and then some! Dr Kayleigh Marlin is fabulous! She spent plenty of time explaining and answering questions and, since she also participates in dog sports, her knowledge in this area is exceptional. Her kind and compassionate care put my dog and myself at ease on our initial visit as she made a new friend of my boy who is eager to return to visit with his new found friend in Dr Kayleigh! Added to that, the staff was welcoming and efficient and the cost was super reasonable without unnecessary add ons! Yeah! We have found our new vet and I am thrilled that our search is over! I highly, highly recommend this veterinary practice! Thank-you Dr Kayleigh!”

“I live in San Juan Capistrano and got so tired of being overcharged by the local vets. Some even take your dog while you sit in the waiting area. This really made the vet experience for my dogs way more traumatic. My mom lives across the street from Surf City and I decided to try it. Excellent care at half the price.”

“Great place!!! Very experienced kind and warm staff members. So much better than my former so-called “veterinaria Dr. Andrew Lewis of Huntington Beach. He was a nightmare and extremely unprofessional- the opposite of Warner West Pet Clinic. I’m so glad I found these people. They are not driven by money and really seem to care. My cat got a tooth extraction and cleaning the only thing that would’ve made this 100% perfect would have been a follow up call/email. This is my new place!!!”

“Well, the staff at the Bristol Animal Clinic were absolutely 5-Star all around, especially Nancy! Go Nancy! Dr. Kim was kind and efficient as well. The office is quite small but everyone was welcoming so that makes it better. The only negative was pricing which I felt was rather high, but good staff and a nice Veterarian!”

“Most reasonably priced Vet I've ever taken my dog to. I will never go anywhere else. Besides it being super affordable the staff there is awesome and the Doctor really cares and takes the time to answer any questions you may have so you leave there knowing exactly what's going on with your pet and what to do. I've been to a lot of Vets in my life and it seemed to me they're always trying to tack on all the extras so you leave there broke. Alamitos animal hospital was the exact opposite the Doctor gave me his opinion on what he thought was best and it was in and out very simple and to the point. When I went to pay I thought it was a mistake or they totaled it wrong. It was my first time taking my pitbull Silvy there and I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being so awesome and caring!”

“I cannot recommend Back Bay enough! I was first recommended this place by my friend. I brought in one of my dogs to get a second opinion since another vet had diagnosed my dog with neurological issues and would need an MRI. Dr. Estefan examined my dog and caught that my dog had a kidney (and other organ) issue. I was so thankful that I got a second opinion because I would have spent so much on an MRI. Dr. Estefan took his time with my dog in the examination room and was so kind to him. He was patient and very informative. He would recommend products that he would use on his own dogs. Dr. Estefan had made recommendations that best fit my dog which were a blood and urine test and then an ultrasound. I had countless questions concerning my dog, and Dr. Estefan would never hesitate to answer my questions. Because of Dr. Estefan, my dog is in a much better state and hopefully will live a longer life. Thank you so so much, Dr. Estefan. Thank you to Dr. K as well! He was able to inform me that my dog has arthritis and he made sure to only provide necessary services. I feel like other vet places will make you get multiple products to treat your dog, but Dr. K was different. He believes in natural support to help, and I appreciate that. He was so nice and funny. I wanted to also shout out some other individuals from here. Thank you to Adrian for being so kind and patient to my dogs. Thank you to Lexi for taking care of my dog when he was there for the ultrasound. Thank you to Jessica for being patient and willing to answer my questions. We’ve been coming here with our 16-year-old senior dog who had multiple medical conditions, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive, and the vet is incredibly knowledgeable without ever pushing unnecessary services. “After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy.We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers.We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible.From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are.Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.”
